Most incredible experience ever!! I'm not a car person but pushing limits on these cars with guided instruction was a lot of fun! The 911 and cayenne experiences were my favorite. The instructors really earn you trust right away and give the confidence to drive as intended. I'm sure I was driving 100x slower than they do but it felt really fast to me and that's all that matters. The facility is very nice and the food at the restaurant is great. We had a prefixed meal for a party so I'm not sure if the regular menu has the items we had but I can say that the quality and flavors were great! Get out of your comfort zone and take a spin!

We had plans to experience the 911 Turbo S Demo lap with a professional driver, and I thought we would have to reschedule because somehow it was going to rain in SoCal on the day of the event! Turns out professional drivers do know how to drive in the rain! Haha! So we did not end up rescheduling. We were told that it would be one of the more dangerous driving conditions and we would be drifting...but it would still be a fun experience. The showroom had so many cool vehicles to look at, and there was a coffee shop and a gift shop to buy clothing, model cars, and more. When my turn came around, I got into the car and buckled up. The professional driver told me to hold on and told me what to expect as he drove...look towards the right, look towards the left...we are starting our next lap, etc. I can see how some people can get nervous but I enjoyed the high speeds and the tight turns and never once felt any fear. Amazing experience, and I know not to try driving like that myself!

Great experience to try out some of these cars as they were designed to be used - fast and on track !

I booked a birthday surprise for my husband -- a demonstration lap in the GT4 with a professional driver -- and he absolutely loved it! The ride was super thrilling; he said his body literally lifted slightly from the speed and G-forces. It's definitely a short experience (just a few minutes), but you're paying for the adrenaline rush, and it delivers. At first, I thought it might be more fun to drive on the track ourselves, but after watching the pros in action, I realized it's best left to them -- no regular driver could match that skill, precision, or confidence at those speeds. The demonstration lap is 100% worth it if you want the real race-track thrill. We also tried the simulator experience, but I'd recommend skipping it. It felt more like a high-end arcade game with slightly better steering feedback, but the setup made us a bit nauseous after a while. Overall, it was a super fun day -- starting with lunch at Restaurant 917, followed by the exhilarating laps. A perfect combo for car enthusiasts and thrill seekers alike!

Driving demo was an amazing experience! Would have preferred a sunny day with GT3RS instead of raining day with 911 turbo all wheel drive. Still enjoyed every bit of the two laps experience. Food at the 917 restaurant was spectacular! I really didn't expect that from places like this. Bravo to the chef!

We had a great time here watching the cars race as well as seeing all of the beautiful Porsche. They have on display here! Service was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. This is a great experience for any car lover, it is free to browse and they have a wonderful restaurant on site which allows you to see the cars from above.

What an EXPERIENCE it is! I purchased the 90minute 911 Carrera 4S package for my husband. I accompanied him and got to watch him drive. They have 2 observation areas where you can watch the action. The drivers are very knowledgeable and explain the process well. His driver met us and gave us a quick walkthrough of the venue and walked us to my husband's assigned car. My husband said the driving portion is exhilarating and gives you a whole new appreciation for the vehicle's power and handling. While I waited, I got a coffee from the Cafe and it was nice and strong! The cold brew definitely had a good kick. The 90 minutes seemed to fly by for him and for me as well. After the experience, we had lunch at 917. We both had burgers and wine. The burgers were delicious and the sauvignon was nice and chilled. Overall, an amazing experience and well worth it!

If you're a Porschephile and/or in. SoCal, make time to plan for track session. Eddie, my instructor, helped me understand difference in driving dynamics btwn rear engine Carrera S and mid-engine Cayman. Surprisingly, both cars were more than competent (their limits exceeded mine) on track so I can't imagine need for GT cars. Launch control led to uncontrollable laughter. Wet skid pad and kick pad were great opportunities to learn how to control car during understeer & oversteer as well as accident avoidance. Plus they have a teen driver's ed session for younger aspiring fans. Only downside is cost and I can't call this work.

If you have some money to burn and you are a Porsche enthusiast then this place to visit! This place features a beautiful track to bring your car or experience their Porsches on a closed track! A track that will let you get up to high speeds, do wipe outs in water and more! Of course this whole experience will cost you a pretty penny! Plus center offers a small museum of Porsches that you can learn about some really cool classic Porsches. If driving is not your thing or if you prefer to admire these fine automobiles you can do this on the sideline. The center offers fine dining upstairs with good views of the track or you can enjoy the cafe downstairs. Also there is an option to just watch on the balcony upstairs on downstairs along the track. The center also offers a small shop.

I purchased an experience for my son's 30th birthday. It was a special birthday so I sprung for an unforgettable experience driving a couple of Porsches. I got him a 718 Cayman GT4 vs 911 GT3 Experience for 90 minutes. His girlfriend and I kept it a secret and he only found out when they arrived there for his experience. My son was so excited when they got there and he told me that he will remember this experience for the rest of his life! He said that the driver that he followed was very experienced and encouraged him to go faster to keep up with him. Anyway, this was a great gift and you might consider it for your special person's special day.

This is a great deal of fun. They really teach you all about the Porsche, and what they can do. You learn how to slide, spin, drift, cornering, and launch control! I have to tell you. I love the track driving, but launch control was a real rush, I mean a serious rush. For the record. I drive a corvette C8. Not a slouch of a car at all, but these cars really kick you in the seat. Ask for Cam, and yes, his name really is, Cam..lol He was just the best, and made sure I really learned new skills before the 90 minutes were up. I can't say enough about how great it was.

The smell hit me first: burning rubber mixed with ozone, a bouquet that spoke of countless battles fought on these very tracks. I approached the counter, signed the waiver with trembling hands. This was it. My initiation into the world of electric velocity. The safety briefing washed over me. Speed limits. Racing lines. Flags. But my mind was already elsewhere, imagining the perfect lap, the flawless execution of every turn. Then I saw it: the kart. Sleek. Silent. Deadly. I lowered myself into the molded seat, gripped the steering wheel. The moment my foot touched the accelerator, everything changed. The instant torque slammed me back into my seat! No engine roar, no warming up--just pure, unadulterated acceleration that felt like being shot from a cannon! The first corner approached rapidly. I braked--perhaps too hard--and felt the rear end slide ever so slightly. My pupils dilated. This was it. This was the dance. Turn two. I remembered the instructor's words. Brake early. Apex late. Accelerate through. My body moved on instinct, finding the rhythm, becoming one with the machine. By lap three, everything crystallized. The track revealed its secrets to me. That slight banking in corner four. The deceptive tightness of the chicane. Each revelation was a flavor explosion on my palate--bitter defeat transformed into sweet victory! Other racers surrounded me. I could feel their presence, their fighting spirit! We weaved through corners in formation, each seeking that perfect line, that extra tenth of a second. When I finally executed a flawless outside pass on the long straight, my entire body surged with electricity! The laps blurred together in a symphony of speed. Left, right, brake, accelerate--a recipe perfected through repetition, each iteration bringing me closer to nirvana. And then, too soon, the checkered flag. My final time flashed on the screen. I stumbled from the kart, legs shaking, heart racing, a massive grin splitting my face. The other racers gathered around the timing board, comparing battle scars and bragging rights. This wasn't just fun. This was transcendent. This was speed distilled to its purest essence, served at precisely the right temperature to ignite the soul! K1 Speed had delivered a five-star experience that left me hungry for more.

I gave this location (2) stars for the staff when you come in to register (they were helpful and…read morewelcoming) and because of my food (which took a while to order because the girl who took our orders seemed like she was not all there --for lack of better words-- she made the ordering process longer and difficult than it needed to be). The biggest issue was a staff around the track --this (1) girl in particular appeared to be having too much fun slowing certain go-karts down with her red remote, imo. But I'll get back to that in a sec. We decided to eat first: Food was okay-- ordered pepperoni pizza (they almost left it in too long and some of the crust was burnt. Had to break those pieces off and eat around it) and Pepsi in a bottle. My bro got sliders, wings, tots and Pepsi. His food took a while so we couldn't really eat together. Ended up sharing my food while we waited for his to come out -- which was weird since we were the only ones there who had ordered anything. When his food finally arrived he ate some of it and threw the rest away --guess he wasn't impressed. He mentioned it was "decent". Now to the races: Multiple people came and bumped me trying to get past me --never saw her slow their go-carts down but she definitely slowed down me and my bro multiple times when we were the ones getting bumped continuously. It got to the point where I just purposely stayed the last racer just to try and enjoy the experience and made no attempts to move up the ranks. Idk what the men's restroom looked like but the women's restroom had lots of gnats! Paper towels overflowing from the discard. Important to note: For as many staff as they had lollygaging around near the track you would think the place would be spotless. There weren't a whole lot of customer so definitely some staff could've been putting in some time and effort to clean around the place. Ultimately: We paid for (3) races. Ended up only using (2) mutually agreeing it was time to get outta there. Leaving the 3rd race on our accounts for another visit that we will be using at ANOTHER LOCATION. No I don't recommend and doubt I'd be returning. This review is reflective of my visit on 11/7/25 Duration of stay around 2hrs.

What am I going to dress up as next Firefly Run?????? The ONLY thing that sucked was the food vendors ripping you off after the run. TEN DOLLARS for 3 tacos and a soda??? TEN DOLLARS for a small tray of carne asada fries??? I'd rather load up on 10 bananas that they pass out for free after you cross the finish line!!! Other than that, I had the most fun running with my Team Scrambled Legs. I got the best of everything...a good run, good music, good company. A great way to spend a Friday night. When's the next 5K? Sign me up!!!!

Just finished the Color Run 5K this morning. This is an untimed (no clock) run, starting at Dignity…read moreHealth Sports Park, and runs around there and on part of the campus at CSU Dominguez Hills. I ran it with my son (we took about three steps together at the start before he took off and finished WAY before me ). If you are a "serious runner", know that this event is very low key. Lots of families, first time runners, strollers. I appreciate people getting out and doing an active event like this, but if you are looking for a "race" and some of the other elements of competitive races, it's not the same. I did okay, my pace was better than earlier this week, so I am happy. I realized I like running with the community - it made it fun. I also felt more confident during this run, although it was hot. The course itself was varied and interesting - I liked running through Dignity Health Park and also through the building that houses the new Velodrome (there was a cyclist on it when I went through). They had one water station (bottled) and many restrooms along the way. The color powder is thrown at you maybe every half mile or so - different colors each time, but lots of blue/green powder used. I wore sunglasses and put my color run microfiber over my face when I ran through, and made sure my mouth was closed. You also run through a foam/bubble section at the very end. No joke, it does get everywhere! After the race, there was powder even under my shirt and through two layers of socks. Good tip to bring a towel and maybe a change of clothes for after. There were lots of freebies and vendors on site for the duration of the event. I would say some runners enjoyed that part the most! There was also a beer garden for 21+...just across from the starting line, some runners hit the beer garden FIRST and THEN started their run! Parking is $20 and we got there early (like 7am) so no issues - parked close to the starting line. My goal is to keep going - what should I run next?

This is true definition of fun run…read more Color Run Los Angeles was held in Stubhub Center in Carson. Race began at 9am and waves of runners begin every few minutes until 9:45. There's lots of food trucks and vendors here. I registered online ahead of time and paid $35 plus $15 shipping of my goodies which includes my bib number, 'HAPPY' tattoo, and headband. There were lots of goodies thrown into the crowd at the starting line. The course begins at the parking lot and you run around the stubhub center. I ran a lap on the track course, through arenas and such. Colored powder is thrown at you during the run. There were two water stations during the run. At the finish line, you get a medal and a bag of color run powder so you can throw some more after the race. There's no clock anywhere so you have to keep track of your own time. There was also free neutrogena face mask (battery operated) which was free ($40 value). I also got a free bag of bath salt. There is free tattoo booth and it was a lot of fun. Funnest race ever and will register next time.

Long Beach Triathlon - Transition area- there was enough space for many more racks!

This was my first experience with LB triathlon. It sounds like things were poorly organized at last…read moreyear's event... with some major running debacle, but this year's event was great!!!! I had a fantastic time and would absolutely encourage others to do this Tri. I've done others (LA, Catalina and Napa) and this was a great beginners race! With the long beach break water there are no real "waves" to speak of and the water temperature was a perfect 70 degrees! I think the transition area could be better organized with clearly marked areas. Some people take up way too much space and we are all very protective of our gear- so mark off space and add more racks, please! Luckily, all the volunteers/staff were really friendly and helped some of us make some space. The bike loops were just the right mix of inclines and flat straight away's! The scenery was gorgeous, the parking was only $10 and easily accessible- although I live a block away from the transition area so I didn't use it. As for the run- it can still improve. Ideally there would only be ONE loop! I would much rather run to the Belmont brewery and back than to 13th place twice. That would also minimize the confusion with the loops! There is nothing better than watching the sun rise over the palm trees and running on the beach at 8am! The temperature was perfect and again... The views... Gorgeous! Overall, I thought it was a great event, a great course and the people were extremely helpful! I plan making this an annual tradition!

This was my first Triathlon, and I loved it. There were tons of volunteers and things seemed well-organized. I didn't stay for the awards ceremony though-- I finished pretty quickly despite being a slow swimmer, and it felt good to pass so many people on the biking & running parts (all those folks who easily passed me on the swim, and I let at least three other groups of athletes start before I slipped into line, since I knew I'd be slow & didn't want to hold up too many people...) I hope to do another tri soon because of my good experience in this one!
