They also guaranteed the bed liner for lifetime of the truck! I contacted Pasadena Bed Liners at 8:55PM last night after returning home with the truck. He answered the phone! Pasadena Bed Liners said he was full but I could drop it by early and he would get see if he could get it out, but it might be after 4:00PM. I arrived about 7:50am and he was there! I dropped off the truck. Around 12:40 (Noon) I received a call that the truck would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived about 40 minutes later i found my truck parked. The bed liner looks great! I have had others installed but this has got to be the best. It did have the little sticker someone else was complaining about, but it is a very profession label that looks good! I left there and went to Walmart. When I returned a man was taking a picture of the sticker! I asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for a bedliner and mine looked great! I think I will be very happy with this bedliner!

He not only quickly and efficiently started installing bars in the bathrooms, but he also made extremely helpful suggestions like a multi-use shower head and a raised toilet seat. The only other thing he needed to do was measure for stair railings. He came back the next day and installed two railings that fit right in with the existing two, I can't say enough good things about Michael and Grabwise. Michael is knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and does outstanding work. Considering all he did I felt his prices were also quite reasonable. I am so glad Rich found him online and can't recommend him highly enough.

The dispatcher was kind and explained how everything would go. When the technician, Chris, arrived, he attempted to increase the price by an additional $30. Then an additional $15 after I called the dispatch. After I explained that I would only be paying the amount I was quoted, the technician told me I should be willing to pay more because he was "helping me out." I found that unprofessional. I was already paying for a service, and customers shouldn't be pressured into paying more after a price has been agreed upon--especially when they're stranded on the side of the highway. Using a woman in needs situation to pocket extra money is unethical and unkind. Wouldn't use this service again. Thankfully I had a pump because Chris also refused to put air, wasn't expected, but he only refused after I questioned the increase.

My van did not come with a spare tire from the manufacturer, so I could not change the tire myself. I really wish car makers did not do this, but that is another subject. I called DMV Roadside Rescue, and they had a mechanic out to my house within about an hour. It was the day after the Fourth of July, so it was hard for the mechanic to find an open auto parts store that had the tire I needed. He had to call several places. The mechanic came back with the tire I needed and replaced my flat tire. This all took about three hours. The total was about $250. Keep up the good work. No complaints.
