Talked to Nate the manager and he said sorry I didn't get everything and he would look into getting one on its way asap. Well a week went by I stopped in on a Saturday and ask for Nate he was telling me he emailed and tried to call the manufacturer to get the missing piece and no one was replying. Then he told me I should try to contact the manufacturer to see if I could get ahold of them and get the missing part. First of all I should not have to do so nor is it my responsibility to do so. So I brought back the kayak and returned it on Sunday. Got my money back which is great. I was talking to a manager/or employee he was telling me that Nate was transferred to another store and also that there was a kayak that was out on the floor that had something wrong with it and or missing pieces so someone need to look into what to do with it. Was it the kayak that was sold to me? Idk. But seems like Nate knew he was leaving the store and didn't care at all and was blowing smoke up my butt to get rid of me.
