I asked if they would be able to schedule me an appointment to get the work done. He said I'd have to call back and speak with Jeff the next day. I called back and spoke to Jeff and explained my situation. He said they're really busy and wouldn't be able to get to it today. I asked about next weekend or the weekend after. Rode my bike there and was greeted by Steven (Stephen?) who came outside and took a look at my bike. Not too much wrong "but we can't get to it today. If you want to bring it back,"....he says, and then I told him I spoke with a gentleman two days ago who said to bring it in today. His reply was, "Hmm. That sounds like something I'd say,". I told him I didn't get the man's name but that I was willing to leave my bike until they could get to it and he said he couldn't tell me how long that would be. (Which I completely understand). So, I thanked him for his time and told him I'd just go somewhere else and he replied, "ok," and we parted ways.
