We went to purchase 2 new bikes. Drew was extremely helpful as we picked a few and took extended test rides on 5-6 bikes . They went the extra mile and exchanged stems and handlebars and made other adjustments to get closer to our needs. We finally settled on 2 Salsa mountain bikes with full suspension. After 3-4 stem changes and bar fitment my wife's bike was done , bars cut and color accessories added. Mine was good to go after a few modifications. Paid the bill had some expresso cafe and sparkling mineral water as we explained where to deliver. All set- not quite , 2 days later I changed my mind and Drew was completely understanding , he started the process all over again and I walked out with a titanium Salsa Timberjack custom build. Excellent! Really appreciate these guys, because I needed same day help with our bicycles and they got me in. They were courteous, professional, accommodating, accurate and speedy. Couldn't ask for more. The prices are a little higher for repairs than the place downtown in the historic district but the service and attitude more than justify the price difference. We had a wonderful experience renting bicycles from SuperCorsa Cycles. We preordered 7 bikes and they quickly brought them out upon our arrival. The hosts were very friendly and shared tips about the trails and great spots to stop for dining and ice cream. We stopped at the Omni and had a fabulous lunch. We rode about 7 miles to the State Park before heading back! The one scary part of the trail was the bridge but has great views. We loved their dog Cheddar and our buns are sore! I got to say it. Every time I go to this bike shop, I am treated like royalty! Yesterday they fixed my issue on my Mountain bike immediately (Bosch mid drive). I like these guys so much that I wish I could do more than just post a review. Someone posted a negative review just because they did not get the shop's attention immediately. I understand how this could be upsetting, but before giving them 1 star they should have given them another chance. They never disappoint. When I dropped the bike I thought I would have to leave it for a couple of days, but they fixed it on the spot (issue with the derailleur and the dropper post). I did not mention that they have an amazing selection of real bikes. Their selection of electric bikes beats any other shop near and far! All quality German mid drives! They really are to notch in every way. They DO know what they are doing, they always deliver and treat me like a friend. read more

VERY disappointed with the service at this bicycle store. We live on the island and are looking to purchase new bikes, so we stopped in here to see what they had. Although we were greeted, when we walked in, NONE of the four employees could be bothered to walk over to speak to us or to help us. We walked around for a few minutes and finally left, without even a comment from any of the employees. This is a very sad way to run a business! read more

Drew saved our ride!! Sunday morning we had ridden north along A1A from Big Talbot Island when we got a flat about 1/2 mile south of the shop. I knew SuperCorsa was nearby and that it would be less of a hassle to walk there and pay them to change the tire so got online real quick only to see they were closed for another 2 hours. So I pulled out my kit to patch the flat. Well we ended up struggling with our frame pump when Drew happened to ride by. He quickly got off his bike and began to help us. He tried our frame pump real quick, saw it wasn't working, grabbed his CO2 cartridge to inflate the tire, but it had already been used, then grabbed the whole wheel and said he would be back. He quickly rode to the shop, inflated the tire, and brought it back to us. Thanks to Drew we were able to finish our ride. Drew went above and beyond today and earned our business. We will 100% be purchasing our consumables and accessories from SuperCorsa going forward!! read more

The shop is cool, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the bike path literally runs through their front yard. I saw hard core road cyclists, mountain bikers and my wife and I who aren't really avid cyclists. You know what, though? This is a great way to explore the island. The bikes we rented were very clean and well maintained. The trails on the island are beautiful, most aren't in traffic, and they don't have a lot of elevation change. That means that these single speed bikes are pretty nice for quickly getting around and just cruising. Super fun! read more

This is the BEST bike shop I have ever dealt with. The knowledge of the mechanics is second to no other bike shop - the owner was the US MTB Olympic Team mechanic! The service is professional and timely. It is frustrating to see people come to the shop before it opens and request service on demand and when it is not possible then complain. They have a great system of working on bikes before the shop opens so they can provide professional service in themechanics shop without interruption and when the shop is open can devote time to answering customers service questions. SuperCorsa is a grand social gathering spot and starting point to many group rides(when social distancing does not interfere). You will never find a friendly place. Drew drove down to help me get back on the road. When I returned the bike at the end of our visit, another customer from out of town was there looking for some help with a rental bike from another shop. Without hesitation, Drew and his team took the time to help her get the bike dialed-in: replacing the step and giving the bike a quick tune-up. My wife and I are cyclists and vacationing in the area. We went to the shop hoping to look around and likely pick up some gloves, jerseys, etc if they had something we liked. We were greeted outside the store and told they were conducting business outside only. Despite the fact that we were wearing masks and maintaining social distancing they would not let us in to browse the store. It's certainly their prerogative to conduct business as they see fit. Perhaps consider making posting a note on the business website indicating that customers won't be permitted to enter the store. It may save someone some time and gas. I was fortunate to find this shop. I think they had the only new steel touring bike my size in Florida. And, they gave me an excellent price on it. Drew and his crew took excellent care of me, helping fit the bike perfect. As a Registered Nurse, I especially appreciated how Covid conscious they are. The shop is even setup to conduct their business outside. Real inconvenient for them having to run back and forth, but good for the customer and employee health. I had a great experience renting from them. I did a 24 hour rental and it ended up being $63, tax included. They supplied me with a set of pedals, a helmet, and a flat kit (i brought my own shoes and gear). For road bikes they offer Bianchi Vigorelli--a steel frame running 105. I was a little skeptical about it but the bike offers a terrific ride and everything on the bike seemed to be running smoothly. The ride is super smooth and if you're biking around Amelia Island you won't find a single hill so the steel won't hurt you. Pretty solid ride if you head south to Little Talbot Island. read more

I signed up to ride in the JDRF Ride for the Cure in Amelia Island in October, 2017. We had a big group riding and so I needed to find a great bike shop with modern and up to date hybrid bikes. We were renting 8 bikes total. I called over a month ahead and Drew was knowledgable, helpful and responsive. Over the course of the month before the ride we added more bikes we hoped to rent, and Drew was very accommodating. Remember - he was super helpful all while dealing with hurricane damage! When we arrived the day before the Century ride to pick up our bikes Drew could not have been more helpful. He swapped out seats for us to be sure we were comfortable, adjusted seats and filled tires, and made sure we all had bikes that fit our needs. The bikes seemed brand new - Bianchi was the brand I rode and I loved the bike! The original deal was we were to return the bike after the ride of 10 0miles on Saturday. However, they offered to come pick up Thanks!! bikes from the Omni. How great is that. SuperCorsa Cycles has an amazing staff, rental prices and rental bikes and trailers. We were visiting Amelia Island for a week for spring break and did not have enough time to have our three bikes serviced, after being in storage over the winter. We took our bikes to Florida with flat tires and hopes that there was a bike shop in Amelia Island that would be able to inflate the tires and do a general maintenance check on all three bikes. We also needed to rent a child's bike for my 10 year old daughter and a child's bike trailer for my 5 year old daughter for the week. We brought our bikes in on a Sunday late afternoon/evening and the staff was able to inflate our tires and ensure that our gears, chains, brakes, etc. were functioning properly on our bikes. They rented us a child's bike and helmet for my 10 year old daughter and worked with her on how to ride a bike in the parking lot for quite a while - she was not yet riding when we got there. They also rented us a child's Burley trailer so we could take our 5 year old biking with us. The staff was so great and the prices are very fair - I can not say enough about how wonderful they are and we are so excited to say that our daughter can now ride a bike - thank you SuperCorsa. read more
