The downside is no 24 hour guarantee... with the upper level washes at Royal, Delta Sonic (and I'm certain there are others) you'll be able to come back again for a free wash within a certain time period. Helpful if you're sloshing your sled through the salty streets of Monroe County during the wintry months. Just washed the ride yesterday and, after a days commute, it looks like I never went there. There are so many car washes in the area that we didn't know which to try first. After scoping out reviews we figured this would be a good place to start! We pulled around back to get into the auto wash (because who doesn't want to throw their vehicle into neutral and coast through a giant automatic car wash), and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman asking if we had ever been to Auto Wash before. We said no, and he explained all of the options. They've even got a multiple monthly unlimited plans if you are in the market for that! But today we were just stopping in to try it out, so he handed us an info pamphlet and offered to give us a free trial wash. Awesome! Who says no to that?! We pulled forward and kicked back while giant hoses, sponges, and driers did their thing. It never really gets old going through these, especially if you have kids. We were a tiny bit disappointed that they did not hand dry at the end, but it was a great wash experience anyway. It cleaned ALMOST everything off except for a little bit of stubborn bird poop. Even though I would say the wash itself was not quite as thorough as we were hoping, customer service was absolutely stellar. They also have a self wash option, and a place to vacuum out the car. Definitely recommend based on this experience, and I am sure we will be back to try out their other services in the future!

Today was the best cleaning we have ever received. Not only did they upgrade some of their equipment. It appears that, at least today. They leveled up their staff. Usually the person standing outside spraying cars is a useless person, more interested in listening to their music on the air buds. They would miss spots, not do the back, leave dirt. Miss windows. But not today, I hope this is a new trend for them. I finally feel like I'm getting my money's worth. We had considered getting rid of the membership, but decided to be patient, and I'm glad we did. We have slowly been seeing improvements. The only thing holding them back now, are the employees, unless of course they leveled up in that department. There are lots of features and they accept credit / debit so no need for change. The vacuums are well spaced, have reasonably long hoses and are free. Once a staff member walked past while I was vacuuming and noticed that my floor mats were dirty so he offered to spray them off for me. Great service for a self serve facility!
