Wow! Unbelievable! We made a wishlist order for a few…read more Ornaments. Making the wishlist was easy and it was nice to not have to wait or try to find the ornaments ourselves. The free gifts such as the bag and LED snowman where a nice addition and that's why I'm not giving a one star. One of the ornaments we ordered was missing. We asked the staff member about this and she responded that we didn't have any other ornaments marked off. She went to look for it and said they where sold out. I highly doubt that they'd be sold out of a simple Wall:e ornament on the second day of sales. The staff member did however wave the shipping fee and made sure Wall:e would get to our house. He isn't here yet but I will update with when he arrives. Lastly let me warn people coming into the store that there is a .50 cent sanitation fee on every transaction. They're is an option to get rid of it however you won't know you can until it's to late. Personally I don't understand why it has to be so high. You really think I used 50 cents worth of hand sanitizer and napkins in your store? Just be aware of this fee if your going to shop here. Overall really disappointed in this experience but at least the ornaments are good quality.

The proprietress of this place is Linda Carpenter. But don't call her that. In my humble opinion,…read moreher title should be "the Paper Whisperer." Let me back up a second. I had a bunch of odd shaped invitations that came without envelopes. It was getting down to the wire, and I started to panic a little. After looking up stationary stores on the internet, I found Yours Truly. I called and reached Linda. She didn't have the kind of envelopes I needed, but she said she could order them. Then she offered a slew of ideas for ways to make my invites fit a standard envelope - thoughts that may not have bought her my business, but were super helpful. I really appreciated that. The next day I went in anyway, since she had been so helpful over the phone. Linda remembered my call, and immediately took me over to her sample book to present me with options. (Oh, by the way, she has the most adorable, sweet dog, who hangs out in the shop.) We chatted and discussed for a while, and I was about to order the envelopes when... Linda remembered some sample envelopes from her private stash that she had in the back. They were lovely. She and I counted them together, and it was enough! She then offered to sell them to me at a discounted rate (33% off from what ordering the envelopes would have cost), and of course I took her up on it and am very happy with the results. Not only was the shop lovely (with the cutest Goldendoodle pup ever), but the owner went out of her way to help me out of a jam. That, I will not forget. The fact that Linda was so accommodating and sweet made the experience pleasant, when I'd normally be stressed. I am going to recommend Yours Truly to all my friends, and I'll be back, should I need anything else.

We felt really "taken care of" and were extremely happy with the outcome. :)

This store has wonderful art treasures and I love stores that support local artists. Unfortunately the store owner is insolent. I work in a customer facing role and I would never treat my customers the way she did. The owner obviously only cares about making money and not representing local artists because there's been reviews to give the owner an opportunity of growth, but clearly no growth was had. I feel bad for the artists that lost sales because of her. I would not recommend this store from a customer experience OR an artist looking to collaborate. 5/5 stars for the Dina (the cat) though!

This store is the crown jewel of the scene. We enter to a serene, chill vibe. Open and easy to navigate, with well curated displays of local and sustainable items. So many great choices. I picked up a candle set inside a beer bottle from a local brewery, as Lion is a big micro brewery fan. The sales associate carefully wrapped and boxed it so it was basically ready to be given as a gift for his upcoming birthday. Parking on Elmwood is street and metered, so be prepared. Definitely a great stop for the lover of the local, crafted, creative and funky.
