Brooks Brothers Outlet - they make things just for it…read more Years ago I learned Brooks Brothers makes things specifically to sell at their outlet stores. So the things you see there are often not the ones you might see in the Brooks Brothers store in NYC. That's ok, its still well made and the like, but its a little misleading having the "retail price" on the ticket when you were not selling it at retail. I like this location better than the other two I frequent, but its very hit or miss for us. When its hit, its great, we find many things that work. When its a miss, its a total zero for us. But that's ok, we don't come to the mall just for this store. Although its always our first stop once here because its well located by the parking lot and they have an entrance from the parking lot. Its my favorite location because its the largest, best laid out, has super helpful staff and is overall always pleasant.

Also, said lounge area may or may not have a false wall that leads to a secret room where there may or may not eventually be a speakeasy where men can sit down, whip up old fashioned cocktails and discuss the ways of the world, hypothetically speaking. A pure testosterone kick. I stopped in and met with Joe and Mike on my first visit. I didn't realize how much time I would need, so I came back a second time to place my order. There are a lot of choices to choose from, from the fabric, to the buttons, to the pockets, to the decision of putting something cool and hip for your interior liner, such as floating skulls and your initials, or something more classic. I didn't realize how many subtle nuances could be added to a fully customized suit that not only make you look like a secret agent killer, but also these nuances can showcase that fact you're wearing a custom suit that you just can't get from Men's Wearhouse or Jos A. Bank. Suits they craft here are made utilizing the finest woven wools and other top materials of your choosing (e.g. tweed, cashmere). Expect a 4-6 week turn-around-time, as your personalized suits will be manufactured in Holland. With this level of service and quality, however, comes a price: two-piece suits start around $700-$800 and three-piece suits start around $1300. If suits aren't your fancy, Bureau also sells fully customized jeans, dress jackets and even leather goods, such as shoes and handbags, but the suits are Bureau's staple. My thoughts? Frankly, it was probably not even the right suit for him. Because of circumstances for us, we didn't get a chance to have me see the suit until two months before the event. At that point, we took the suit back to Men's Wearhouse and said this clearly doesn't fit the way it's supposed to. The manager, Nate, was phenomenal. He took us through all the options and ultimately was able to get this suit tailored to fit my partner correctly. The new management and staffing gave me significantly more confidence than the staff from the spring. I recommend going to this location and asking for Nate. Also, if you happen to be particularly tall, the custom suits have options that are in the same price point as the off the rack suits, and they're probably going to fit better. We learned that the hard way, but fortunately we were able to make the suit that we bought work. I was very appreciative of the current staff helping us make sure everything was right and I definitely recommend working with them.
