They were out of stock of the item but they put my name on a list and advised me when it came in. They very cheerfully held it until the weekend. I selected a few other things that looked interesting, and I was thrilled to learn that they sell the flaxseed oil that we use at home. Seriously, I used to drive across town to Whole Foods just for flaxseed. No longer. They have a loyalty program, which included a $5 redemption on the first purchase over $50. She also did check-ins during the 3 day process, to get input on your experience, answer questions, etc. The pick-up was very well managed, the food was prepared, packaged and labeled very carefully, there is minimal chance of making mistakes. Taylor was available for questions at pick up, for those last minute inquiries. Did I mention that all the food was organic, freshly prepared and delicious?
