I walked in and explained to the guy working what I was looking for. He gave me two choices and answered all my questions with confidence. He obviously knew his stuff and didn't try to sell me on something that I didn't need unlike the employee working in the Citrus Park mall location. I asked him side effect questions in which he was honest and he made me feel comfortable when making my purchase. Another employee chimed in our discussion and gave me his opinion as well and told me about a recent study that had something to do with the supplement that I was purchasing. It's amazing how you can go to two different stores that share the same name and have such different experiences. I applaud the owner and manager of this store for training their employees and hiring good employees to run this store. Unfortunately, I do not remember the employees' names working on the day that I went. They were great and the customer service that they provided was fantastic. One was fit and had multiple tattoos and the other had a man bun. After going to two different GNC stores in one day, this was the better of the two. It also seems that the man bun is the "unofficial" uniform of GNC.

Gluten free stuff. All of the food that's supposed to be better for you than if you were to get it a Publix. They also have a huge selection of protein shakes, protein bars, and vitamins as well. And their staff is really knowledgeable which is helpful since the last time I took vitamins they were shaped like Fred Flintstone. They also have a lot of classes although I have never attended one of them so I can't say whether they are good or not, but at least they are trying to help you!! It wouldn't kill you to stop by and pick up something to eat a little healthier or take a class to improve the stuff in your pantry or choke down a few vitamins and maybe live a little longer. In fact, it will do the complete opposite!!

When I gave her my phone number for the 1st responder discount, the 10% was not applied either, and I didn't realize it until I left. It wasn't worth it at that point with the terrible customer service to even go back. After this visit, I stopped by McDonalds for a quick snack, and even the fast food customer service there was way better. Initially I was excited because they sell raw milk here. When I got there Michael was already gone, so the person I spoke to gave me a big fat NO stating I was out of my refund widow (purchased these in March of this year). He also told me it was my responsibility to open all the containers to make sure they are good. Referenced grocery shopping, saying that if I bought crackers or other boxed items, I should open them to ensure they are fresh. That's insane! Honestly, in the years I've been buying camino, I've never had to open all of them up to ensure quality or even to make sure there were gummies even in there.
