I sat in my car for 10 minutes before calling the Tampa store to ask if they knew why the store wasn't open. I called the store number several times with no one picking up. I finally left after 20 minutes. There was nothing on the door to indicate they were closed. Monday is Military discount day, so that sucks!

If you see this review in time and are interested, the sale ends May 7. The only disappointing thing was a few of the items I wanted were out of stock. But the staff will special order them for you. The employees are very helpful. I was even more excited after finding out the one who helped me is vegan, which was perfect since I'm vegetarian and it's often difficult to find other veg's who are knowledgeable about supplement ingredients. This Vitamin Shoppe is located next door to VisionWorks, in Wiregrass Mall. Pass Barnes and Noble on your right side, and you'll see Vit Shoppe on the left.

It's more for picking up some stray little stuff. Not fruits and vegetables or anything like that. For me anyway. It's the other stuff. Healthier snacks. Nut mix. Sugar free ice cream. Gluten free stuff. All of the food that's supposed to be better for you than if you were to get it a Publix. They also have a huge selection of protein shakes, protein bars, and vitamins as well. And their staff is really knowledgeable which is helpful since the last time I took vitamins they were shaped like Fred Flintstone. They also have a lot of classes although I have never attended one of them so I can't say whether they are good or not, but at least they are trying to help you!! It wouldn't kill you to stop by and pick up something to eat a little healthier or take a class to improve the stuff in your pantry or choke down a few vitamins and maybe live a little longer. In fact, it will do the complete opposite!!

This is twice now I've been here in 2 weeks that I've had terrible customer service. Not sure…read morewhat's wrong with the cashiers here but they do not smile or talk in a friendly manner. Today I went and the cashier, named Valerie on the receipt with the eyeball necklace, was speaking with a coworker in a happy tone and as I got in check out, she took her time getting to the register without once looking at me or saying hello but continuing to talk to her coworker. Then, when she was done with her cheerful conversation, her voice went full monotone. When I gave her my phone number for the 1st responder discount, the 10% was not applied either, and I didn't realize it until I left. It wasn't worth it at that point with the terrible customer service to even go back. After this visit, I stopped by McDonalds for a quick snack, and even the fast food customer service there was way better. Initially I was excited because they sell raw milk here. However, I may just have to go back to Chucks instead. I will give them a few more chances but honestly appalled of the service and this is 2 times in a row.

It's a bottleneck in the entrance and this is also the exit. There's a line to get in and you have to be very careful to get out since you are super close to those entering. I also like the set up better at the other store. I've been to other Aldi's as well and this is definitely different. Bc of that headache parking lot, I will definitely skip it. This time around I was ac to across the street at Lotte Market next to Home Depot. Also Xmas traffic is crazy so this was definitely convenient and it's right next to I75.
