The parking lot for the store was probably last paved in the 90's. It is usually a challenge of dodging debris, pot holes, & grocery carts as one tries to enter or leave. Inside, it's an older store, so over the years I've seen various problems with leaky roofs, broken down freezers, etc. Most of the grocery carts have at least one wanky wheel, which makes it either hard to push, or squeaky, or, if you're very lucky - both. The shop is a wierd shape, and as a result, some items are not where you would expect to find them. The first store clerk I asked for help today had no idea where what I was looking for was, luckily, the 2nd one did, and was nice enough to take me there. Finally, they NEVER have enough cashiers on. You would think that starting at 5:00, there would be more than two, right? Wrong! Although, when all the lines start getting concert length, they manage to find another. I would like to say I won't be back, but sadly, I probably will.

It's not a huge market, but it has a lot of variety. It looks like a small farmer's market -- it's cute. They also sell Turmeric, Spices and Herb plants off to the side. Now what I will say is that the last few times I've been there have been NO oranges (and perhaps it hasn't been orange season), but I've always gone and gotten oranges from them and literally the last 4 or so times, I haven't been able to get any goods ones. They did have some bagged oranges, but I'm used to seeing the oranges where they now place the watermelon -- again, it could just be that they are out of season, idk. My ONLY gripe though has been that I haven't been getting good watermelons. They haven't been sweet nor ripe so I've been wasting a good amount of money over the last month. Also, I used to really love that their pricing was so much BETTER than your local grocery store, but I'm noticing, their prices aren't that far off anymore from their competitors. I used to be able to go and spend $40 and get everything I needed. My last trip, I spent nearly $70 and that prompted me to start paying more attention when I go the next time.
