Came here today in search of a new Produce stand. The selection here was good considering the time of year it is here. The employees were helpful and available if needed. The selection of produce and other local food items was quite nice. They also sold a decent selection of plants and potted herbs. The layout is nicely done with the only exception being the price placards. Some were the wrong product and some prices were incorrect but all in all I will be back.

I have been here many time including when they did not sold the orange grove next door. Now the grove area becomes the small family home community. The grove have good selection on orange. Now not sure they got the orange. The time we have visited, they have the honey bell. But the price is about $1 a honey bell orange. It is kind of expensive. They do have sugar cane soda if you look at the the refrigerator. They still carry many veggies items. I like that each items is clean and nicely displayed. They even have peel garlic if you want the convenience. I see huge carrot. It look like good food for horses. The also fresh portobello mushroom. Look big. You also can get some cactus to go and house indoors plants.

Lots of fresh produce! Wish I could've picked up more delicata squash but I bought the last 2 they had. They had elderberry (pricey so beware). But worth it if it staves off a virus or cold. Everything looked fresh and delicious and they had a lot of bread and other items of cheese and eggs all refrigerated. Support your local produce and farms!!!

    Great fruits and veggies!

What's not to like about Bearss Groves? The family is an institution to Tampa and so is this (not so little) stand. I am lucky to live in the area and when so inspired, I usually walk to it. I'm not going to lie, but the best of all time of year to stop by is Citrus Season. There is no better place to pick up your Pink or White Grapefruit, Tangelos, Honey-bells, Tangerines, Navels and the list goes on. The staff is awesome and willing to help and they also have refrigeration units in case you need to pick up a gallon of milk, cheese or yogurt. When the fall hits, they have rows and rows of pumpkins and when it gets below 80 in Florida, you can always stop by and pick up your Christmas trees!

I mean, not that there's anything wrong with this market, but I would likely not visit it, if it were not for the fact that it's about a 7 minute walk from my front door. These farmers markets have really blown up over the last couple of years, and it's great. Tons of vendors that don't have the ability to own a brick and mortar store front are provided a means for operating their business. They're essentially traveling gypsy's that happen to sell soap, produce, or various pet merchandise that's not needed, but so darn cute. As for North Tampa Market in particular, it comes with all the typical fixins'. I do wish there were more places to sit and eat, as the ratio of food and people : seating is quite skewed. Also, the market is heavy on the dirt and mud, which also brings more bugs when you do finally find a place to sit and indulge. That being said, the market is fun place for us to hang out on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10-2 :) I especially enjoy the calming melodies of the musician, as I enjoy my grilled cheese sandwich, kombucha, and banana bread.

This market pops up every 2nd Saturday of the month, and if you get there early, parking is easy--which is already a win in my book. Set in a beautiful, tree-filled park, there's plenty of shade and a nice breeze, making it a perfect Florida morning outing. BUT... those same trees were definitely working overtime with the pollen when I went last Saturday So allergy friends, consider yourself warned. Now let's talk FOOD--because this market is a foodie's playground. I'd say more than half the vendors are food and beverage, and I was 100% here for it. Highlights: I got my Filipino fix from Just Lumpia and Riri Filipino Cravings--SO good and absolutely hit the spot. Loved Phillycheesesteak Lumpia and the classic Coconut Cassava with coconut strings. Random but perfect timing: I needed eggs, and Regeneration Family Farm came through with pasture-raised eggs and meats. Took home eggs, and my friend grabbed pork. I'll definitely be back for their chicken. My friend tried pork bao buns from another vendor--good, but a little sauce-heavy. I would've loved more pork (or even pork belly ). Picked up some gluten-free baked goods... they were decent, but didn't quite wow me. There were still so many vendors I didn't get to try--the paella stand is already on my list for next time. Overall vibe? Relaxed, social, and perfect for a girls' day out. We spent the morning walking, eating, and just enjoying the atmosphere. It's a solid-sized market (75+ vendors)--not quite as big as the Saturday Morning Market in Downtown St. Pete, but still definitely worth checking out. Final thoughts: Great food variety, beautiful setting, and a fun local vibe. I'll absolutely be back--next time with a bigger appetite and maybe some allergy meds

And for a local business, this is what you want and this is what you should expect, and this is what you get! They have produce, plants and a little room with products from the larger Bay Area...along with some other seasonal fun items you can decorate with, etc... And even some gift items. This time, in addition to my pink pineapples....I also purchased the Farmhouse brand guava jelly (as a gift) and am excited to present it along with the pineapple and a bottle of rosé. Fun little gift idea and they had all the goods. The parking would be the only thing I don't like, each time I've gone, I'm not sure I'm in the way of someone else trying to get in and maneuver around because the paved area isn't so paved and lots of large holes and it's on a corner so part of the time I feel like I'm on part of a sidewalk, but I don't really know...it's not marked. But that's ok. I tend to go when it's not so busy and haven't had any issue yet. I really like this place mainly because of the people!

Since the day one until the wedding is over and taking the structure down, we had beautiful memories. Francesca and Shani are the ones we directly dealt with, and they are so accommodative for our requests and made us so welcome and comfortable. They helped us to make our decision in making our structure giving us very positive comments. They were very helpful with the time frame. On the day of the wedding as we arrived, the whole place decorated with flowers and it was elegantly beautiful! It was like I was in a fairy land, very magical. Francesca was extremely professional and decorated the place so beautifully to meet the wishes of the couple. Shani added beauty and flowless running of the show as a great coordinator. Shani is very professional, very kind and loving. She executed the program very elegantly and to the highest standard. We would recommend this venue to anyone without reservation! Raw Box Organics delivers organic produce directly from the farm to homes and businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Raw Box offers fruit, vegetable, or mixed boxes. They also offer a "juicing box" that contains fruits and vegetables that are good for juicing. All of the boxes come in three sizes: small, medium or large. A small box costs $35 and usually contains 10-13 items for 1-2 people. A medium sized box costs $45 and contains 14-17 items for 3-4 people. A large box is $55 and contains 18-22 items. I purchased the small vegetable box with my living social coupon. I had a bit of trouble using the website so I ended up calling Raw Box and placing my order over the phone. I was really pleased with my shipment. My small box did not seem small at all and contained a variety of tomatoes, sweet potatoes, yellow onion, parsley, carrots with tops, lettuce and kale. I haven't been at home much the past few weeks so I have not had the chance to order again (yet). I have used a similar service in the past and loved it, but I took a break from the service because the weekly shipments can get overwhelming. While it was fun to try new vegetables and recipes my husband and I had to be careful about checking our orders online each week to make sure we weren't receiving the same items each week.
