I can say that they do provide a greeting upon entering the store, which is rare these days. They also provide a parting comment as well. The store is clean and there is usually ample parking in the front or side of the location. Prior to visiting this time, I called to determine if they carried a product in the store that I saw online. I really wanted the product that day and did not want to be inconvenienced by having to order it from the website or Amazon. I asked about the product and was told that they do not carry it. There was no indication that she accessed the system or even stopped to look for it. I asked if she could determine if it is carried in another store in the area. At that time, she looked at something and retracted her original statement. She confirmed that they carried the product, but not the brand. After work, I stopped in asked where I could find the item. As soon as I removed the item from the shelf, I saw the item that prompted my initial inquiry. I was not upset but I thought the blanketed no response was not an example of good customer service. Needless to say, I am still a fan and will go back. Just please exercise due diligence before flat out telling a customer that you do not carry a product.

The selection of parking spaces were abundant as well as the amount of available grocery carts. My only problem with some of the carts is when customers leave trash like circulars, boxes and other items for the next customer to discard. Since Aldi is unconventional in terms of their carts, customers should be responsible and courteous enough to remove trash and other debris before returning the cart and locking it in. The last time I was there, someone actually left apple and pear cores in the cart. The Aldi brand has come along way over the years and keeps getting better and better in my opinion. Though I personally only purchase the fruit and vegetables, organic brands and some pantry staples, they have a variety of everything for pretty exceptional prices. I have rarely had a problem with any of my purchases, which is one of the reasons why Aldi is one of my weekly stops. In any instance where there was a problem, the issue was resolved without a problem. The store is clean and pretty well-stocked. Like I said earlier, I discovered that the best time to visit is when they first open because everything is so abundant with a neat presentation. The seasonal items are usually a good buy. Additionally, I like venturing down the miscellaneous aisle where I have discovered some great finds from cleaning products to deeply discontinued items.

Was quoted 10-15 min time frame for it to be ready. For there around 15 min after placing the order. Looks like it was under staffed. Had about 5 people inside waiting and only one person inside making smoothies. He tried his best but could not keep up. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to bee ready. Not too bad since I wasn't in a rush but I could see some of the other people waiting were annoyed. I won't hold it against them too much so I will return.

There were about 4 people in the store being serviced. While I waited I noticed the over all up keep of the store was not up to par. There was some trash on the floor and the floor could have used a good mopping. My smoothie was ready in less than 5 minutes and while I waited I noticed there was a business card set up to promote my small business along with getting information about others businesses to connect with. I will be back when I am visiting the shopping center but, hopefully the store will be much cleaner.

Instead, I was asked if I'd like one. I was startled when I heard that. I did not understand and indicated that should be automatic in conformance with ALDI policy. I was given lip by the associate complaining about not needing to start off the day like this. It didn't end there. My refund was suppose to be easy -- $2.69. I was handed $2.65 after I checked my change. The associate said they had no pennies. So, apparently shorting a customer for change due to them is acceptable to ALDI. I returned to the associate, while she was processing the next customer, waiting for my full change. The associate after processing the next customer then went into their office, brought out a roll of pennies. I handed her a penny so I'd get a nickel. The associate then asked me to give her back all of the change given to me, which I did. The associate apparently didn't understand the math and gave me back 4 cents, not a nickel. Bottom line - the associate kept my penny and gave me back 4 cents. Overall, this is not the way to treat a customer, a comment I made directly to the associate. This whole process should have been completed in less than 3-minutes. I think it all got done in 10-minutes, while the customer line grew. I tried to see if a manager was available, walking to the back of the store, to discuss my customer service experience. I saw no one and left. I really shouldn't have to write about something so small, but giving excellent customer service also is a reflection of workers' attitudes. I got an ALDI associate with ATTITUDE that morning. I noticed after completing my review that the ONLY POSITIVE reviews here (2) were submitted in 2017! It's been 6-years since and only negative reviews ... Wouldn't you say that's a BAD indicator for customer service???!!!
