Since then they have remodelled and the wall decor is great but I liked the open view of the employees making your order. Now it seems very closed off. I decided to get the energy acai bowl today. It was okay but not the best as it was pretty watery/soupy base. The toppings fell to the bottom. I also purchased 2 juices. Both were okay as well. I dont know what has happened to the great juices and acai bowls Ive had from here in the past?

The service was horrendous. The staff clueless, my order (which I placed 5 hours in advanced for pickup), just so happened to have disappeared while I was there waiting for at the pickup booth. I was given attitude and 0 customer service credit or sympathies. Not a clean smelling location. Please avoid this spot and hire new staff that care about thier jobs.

Be mindful parking is tight in this area on even the surrounding streets at certain days and times. I walked in and was greeted by seemingly area managers or owners from a table. The music was loud, upbeat, and vibing for the area. It was so loud that it was hard to hear one another. The decor was vibrant and tropical like the other location in Greenspring. The menu is not clear like the other stores (large in front very viewable). It was small print condensed on a wall to the left of the register. I figured out where the menu was located without store assistance even as I was asking looking around for the menu. I chose my all time bowl (Pacific-it comes with green base, almonds, strawberries, bananas, chia seeds and honey) but I made substitutes (instead of green base I chose all mango base, switched almonds for blueberries and chia seeds for coconut flakes). This particular bowl has the amount of fruit with the allowable substitutes remained $12. I like the allowance of substitutes. The young ladies were quick making the bowl. However, as I saw the one young lady fast making the bowl, I saw she made my bowl with the mango base but all the original toppings and realized she screwed up after looking at the order ticket. She quickly made another with substituted toppings and as she was placing the lid on the bowl, I asked if that bowl was mine, she stated yes. I then asked if she had put the honey on it? She then matter factish said it is not on the ticket. I stated its a part of the Pacific bowl already and not substituted or removed from my order. Then the other young lady that was doing orders as well inform her that it comes with the pacific bowl. She then with slight emotions "huff" squeezed the honey atop the bowl, put the lid on it, placed it in the bag and handed all to me without saying anything else. We chose to sit along the window communal bar like seating. The bowl was very refreshing and good. The employee's negative emotions could have been left out and would have made for a solid great experience.
