I agree with everyone posting low rating. They are dishonest and rude. You have to constantly go out of your way to be kind. Stuff all over the floor. No one asking to help. I asked about an expiration date. I could not see and they lied. I should've had my Eyewear on. I purchased 2024 and expiration was 2023. Shame on me. I paid over 90 dollars for the jug. Noticed after I opened. The associate knows there were 2 dates. People really go here for convenience. Look people. Go to Lexington Market. There is an honest vendor there with products with accurate dates. Not dates stamped on after expiration. So dishonest. My loss. They make up prices. Such a shame and people have patronized them here in this town to keep them in business. Try Joppa rd and Lasalle also has a store that may have some products. Waiting for a rat to jump out of this place.

Let's start with the weather, shall we? Baltimore region was expected to get hit with a massive…read morewinter weather event (let's just call it snowstorm) over the weekend so I decided I would hop into Mom's on a Thursday at noon to grab some essentials, such as my favorite Guatemalan coffee and fresh fruit. Wellllll, apparently hundreds of others had the same idea. The store was filled to capacity with shoppers, had no carts or baskets to use and was quickly becoming stressful. I was forced to place my items in my shopping bags I had brought with the expectation of unloading them at checkout then reloading them after purchase. I was making my way around the store when I was told the line to check out actually began at the entrance to the store, the produce department. At first, I cursed, then I joined that line while my shopping partner finished getting what we needed. Fifteen minutes in line I found I had made it to the dairy case along the perimeter. Still in line, shopping bags full and heavy. A manager then appeared to tell everyone their systems were down. WUT? They could only take cash at this point, if you were lucky enough to make it to the check out. Stunned, confused, sadly remembering I have not carried cash since 2019, I had racing thoughts. Should I stay, should I go? I had already invested 20 minutes into this marathon trip. My partner, with clear eyes and a full heart, suggested she drive my car to the nearby bank across York Road to get cash. I would stay in line and await her return, letting others go in front of me until she was back with cash in hand. Some abandoned carts, some parked their baskets by the ice cream case while they ran to the ATM a few stores down. Are you expecting me to say chaos ensued? Mayhem, perhaps? Irritable patrons just trying to get their eggs and milk before a massive snowstorm traps them in their homes for several days? One would expect as much, but I am here to say this was the most chill and positive crowd of people I have encountered in awhile. As we all slowly moved up in the line stretching the entire perimeter of this market, we all smiled and made small talk, moved carts and baskets along for those who had left to get cash. Finally, I was third in line to the checkout when the manager announced, "Systems back up! Systems back up!" There were cheers and high fives. Each line was open with two employees assisting each check out station, the manager was fully engaged, employees were remaining calm and professional. Marty was my cashier. He rocked. Apologized for the inconvenience, all while smiling and remaining poised and calm. As another employee bagged my items, I see my partner returning just in time with cash in hand. Good timing yet not needed now. We laughed. EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT DURING WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY CHAOTIC MESS.

As always the staff is friendly. Its not a store I will get all my groceries from. But its definitely a great place to be confident when organic foods are your choice. In addition, for those with EV they have 2 chargers.

Depending on the time of day the buffet station can be unsanitary due folks not respectfully using the utensils as designated; opting to use their hands or placing ths tongs/spoons in uncleaned areas. On those rare occasions when Whole Foods Market misses the mark despite their best efforts they work hard to regain your trust. Nothing's perfect but Whole Foods goes above and beyond to insure food is always fresh, plentiful and wholesome. Whole Foods Staff always go above and beyond to be helpful. I have cerebral palsy and many disabilities. I'm not always able to reach items in the refrigerated showcases. Whenever I am unable to reach items like magic a helpful Whole Food employee gets whatever I need without my even asking. What I love most about my local Whole Foods is it feels like most of the staff there know me by name. I am always welcomed with smiles. I enjoy my tea and the people in the coffee shop are always happy to see me and the feeling is shared. I don't ask that Whole foods be perfect as that is unrealistic. I want Whole Foods to strive to always be better. I want Whole Foods be a welcoming place where good food and caring staff merge to become an exceptional shopping experience. Whole Foods Market has proven to me that they work hard to earn and keep the trust of its valued customers. I hope everyone visits Whole Foods Market Towson to they can personally experience the difference caring and commitment to quality makes.

The owners Meaghan and Shane opened this in 2022 on York road and it's just a delightful experience. I don't make it out here very often but it's a great place to eat food they feels good and to support a local business. The prices aren't cheap but it's worth it for the quality. My favorite is the super chicken (I always order this) and for a drink the house paw paw soda it's made with the native fruit paw paw (do research on this it's amazing) that they make into a vinegary shrub with soda water. It's so yummy. The quality shines here as well as the light airy high ceiling interior and the plants. This is a must visit and honestly a little slept on. Lisa was my server on my most recent visit and she was so sweet. She told me her wife works here and she was filling in as a neighbor and a patron! We love that.

We discovered their kombucha at a farmers market in Washington, DC and liked it enough to make another trip from NYC to Baltimore, so we could try all the flavors. They are serving "real" kombucha - complete with all-natural effervescence - and every flavor truly impressed us. They range from superfood-forward classics like ginger and turmeric to fun seasonals like smoked pineapple to mind-blowing botanical mashups like hibiscus/mint/linden flower. They described them as "guzzleable," and let's just say we guzzled! They have an equally impressive lineup of house fermented veggies that are all unique. We loved the extra spicy kimchi and the green tomato ferment. Their food menu is a colorful and creative celebration of all their homemade and locally sourced fermented and other food items. There were plenty of vegan options. We loved the Hex Powerhouse sandwich (packed with veggies!!) and the mushroom kimchi sandwich, both served on their homemade focaccia. We really loved the food and drinks and the great service from Hunter who walked us through the menu, kept our glasses full, and even let us try some off-menu ferments. We can't wait to come back!

Menu is online so we called ahead of time to place our orders - we both got 1 crab cake which comes with two sides (mac n cheese, potato salad, french fries, etc). Unassuming place - I knew nothing about the establishment so was a bit surprised to see it mostly as a takeout place (restaurant across the street). Fairly popular as there were people ahead and after me in line. Was a bit disappointed at first that the amount of food seemed little! The sides at least could have been more generous (tip: they are more generous with the fries). However, paired with a salad I tossed at home and slowly savoring helped me realize that the amount of food is decent. For sides, potato salad and macaroni salad were also very good; the Mac n cheese not so much so. The crab cake was delicious though - every bite was full of flavor with lots of crab meat. Definitely satisfied my crab cake craving!
