For example, during the Autumn/Winter months, Sprouts and Trader Joes are the only places I can find honey nut squashes. So think of a butter nut squash only smaller, and like 10 times the flavor. I always look forward to incorporating them into my meals every year. For those who are vegetarian/vegans can find a lot more variety than the normal grocery store as well.
