When I walked in, I was greeted with a lot of Enthusiasm from Amine (sp?) who was running the shop. He was extremely helpful and discussed the different options available. Ever since learning about Delta-8 THC and the legality and benefits, I decided I should experiment and see if the benefits are real. I'm no expert in any of this so I do rely on the service provided by these shops. He was extremely helpful and talked about the different batteries/cartridge options, gummies, etc. as well as how to use. I liked him so I decided to support this particular shop and make a purchase. After my purchase, I was home trying to get the dog-gone thing to work (that's cleaner language than what I was using). I couldn't get the battery/vape to work so I headed back and explained my situation. There was a clog or something and everything was kind of a mess. He took care of it and I was on my way and able to try it out later that day. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was happy with my experience and my purchase and look forward to visiting again when I need a refill. Maybe that's the Delta-8 talking though!

Used the verification code that the real devices come with to check and see if maybe it was a bad device. Come to discover that it was a fake along with the other devices I purchased from this location. Called the store to see if there's anything they can do or at least refund me my money but they told me that there's nothing that they can do and that I'm out of luck
