I asked some questions about a product which increases metabolism, and she was very informative and certainly knew all about taking it. She gave me a few tips for supplementing with a metabolism increasing product, like the optimal time for consumption as well as how it may treat you on an empty stomach, and it definitely seems worth giving it a shot. Went to this store just as a walk through and right as I walk in, I was surprised by how lazy and non accretive the 2 sales men were. I mean normally when I walked into a GNC I'm welcomed with "hello welcome to gnc" and "can I help you find something." But at this store no one even said a word to acknowledge that I was even there, not until who I would have guest was the manager or supervisor went out of his way to ask me if I needed help looking for something. It looked like it was just alot of trouble to ask. Even the other guy there just walked like I was in his way putting up new labels. All in all...this specific store is terrible/horrible, they either need new management/staff or close that store down. Customer Service seems to have missed this place completely. There's a guy there now that's just runs his mouth and makes you feel like all the choices you make to purchase something are wrong. He's one of those guys where everyone is a friend of his. Even with discount cards and BOGO offers, GNC is outright robbing their customers. I forgot to purchase my pre-workout supplement during a mail order from another company so I visited this GNC location. The manager was quick to provide unsolicited, "scientific" reasoning on why this supplement sucked and tried to up-sell me on a stack that worked for him. I wasn't interested so he reluctantly pointed to a back shelf where I could find my usual supplement. GNC charged over $66...I've never paid more than $38 online for that exact product. My health is priceless but supplements are not...at GNC, that price is usually 25-50% more. read more

Came in to buy some particular protein for my boyfriend, within the hour of closing. Was greeted by the woman at the register, who was making a transaction with a customer. Once that customer left, my boyfriend and I were the only ones in the store. No assistance offered whatsoever! Not even, a "can I help you find something?"; After I completed a lap around the store, looking for a supplement. I would have asked for help, but she already had a stank face on, looking like she wanted to close out the register. Other GNC locations have great customer service. I don't think we'll be coming back to this one, although it's closer to home. read more

Not sure his name, but went in today (6/8/16) around 10am looking for help on a pre-workout before hitting the gym. I'm new to supplements so you would think these are the experts. But it seemed as though I was being rushed every time I asked a question. He came from the back when I walked in, so not sure if I interrupted him but you can tell he didn't really care to help. After a few short answers and his negative demeanor I wrapped it up and headed out. First and last time going there. I'll drive somewhere else. GNC needs to re-evaluate who they hire when it comes to customer service. There's plenty of people who are completely lost when they walk in. Came here today looking for vegetable glycerin. Very rude employee here, older woman who wears glasses. We politely asked her to price check the glycerin for us, she checked & I decided to buy it. On the way out (we are the only ones in the store btw) I walked back over to her & asked her a question about a protein powder, she walked me half way to the protein I had a question about, made a face & walked away, just like that! Didn't answer anything. Now I didn't get upset, I politely asked her again & she rolled her eyes came back to the product & while I am asking she walks away again. So I decided to leave & even said thanks anyways, in which she replied "Yea yea, uh huh" will NEVER return here, please hire more knowledgeable, FRIENDLY employees. Terrible service I was sold a product and they promised if I did not like it they would refund me. Well that was not true they refused to make good on there promise they lied about the policy and don't believe them when they say you can exchange at another location they don't warranty each other every story is different owners and they don't warranty or help each other's customers they bounce me around back and fourth and refused to help with my returns. They are scam artist and will lie to sell your bad product. The Manager Jerome did not offer no help and did not care. Worst store ever! read more

this is the worst gnc i've been to, the staff hardly knows anything about the products they carry and have a snobby, stuck up and rude attitude. I had an issue earlier trying to purchase 2 boxes of quest bars clearly marked 29.99 member price, I asked if they were participating in the promotion for buy one get one half off and the owner Misty gave me the run around acting confused on the price and ended up overcharging me, i tried to address the price issue and showed her the price listed, afterwards she gave the impression that she was going to call another store to confirm the price she was charging me was correct, for all i know she called pizzahut and basically told me the price was correct, my receipt clearly showed at the bottom the amount I should have saved had she entered in my gold card i handed her at the time of payment, i also called 2 other gnc locations and visited another in person which all confirmed that i was being overcharged, i returned both boxes after confirming being ripped off and will never support this location again and suggest you don't either. read more
