I was traveling by Metro and needed to pick up 8 shots of WG juice and had a two hour commute back on a very hot, sunny California day. I explained to Jason my two hour commute and asked Jason if could please pack the eight shots in ice. I waited outside, completely not expecting Jason brought the juices out to me, not only packed in ice but taped and secured in my Tupperware. I was truly in awe, Jason took the time to explain to me he knew what it is like to have to take the bus and wanted to secure it for me for my commute. To have an employee to empathize with a customer, and takes steps above and beyond to provide assistance, is truly astonishing. I cannot thank Jason enough and I would also thank Blanca for tirelessly and patiently juicing 8 shots! My hats off to Estaphania manager for having such an excellent and outstanding crew! One of the cashier guys (one who was fired for this) who works here has to feel better than you, like it's a popularity contest and it's a grocery store. He calls you loco and then hides in the back so you don't get his name on his nametag. And he has brown and grey in his hair like how old are you??? A budtender with blue eyes and a security guard were the ones that told me this. They were nice. So I said "cool I'm going to the dmv tomorrow and get it I'll see you guys tomorrow". I knew the exact paper they were talking about. I go to the DMV, which I had to do anyway and take care of it, get the paperwork they asked for and go straight back to Catalyst to get me some weed I've been trying to get all week lol when I come back I ask for the budtender with blue eyes and a new employee I've never seen before tells me they just left. So I tell this person my story and what the previous employee told me and she says she can't accept the receipt from the DMV. Verbiage is very important when it comes to documents and it was like everyone had a general idea of what to say but no one knew how to respond when the documents were presented. I don't understand how they can ask for me to present a "receipt" and then not to accept the receipt. The girl told me I needed to bring a paper that showed an expiration date... idk how that was possible because my ID was expired already which is why the initial instructions they gave me was to just bring a "receipt" that showed a new unexpired ID was on the way but when I met someone new that didn't know I had been there days before, the expectation that was set was suddenly thrown at the window. Verbiage when setting expectations to a customer is important and it seemed like people knew general policies but were quick to say no when they were unsure rather than trying to figure out details. I honestly don't know if I want to return once my ID comes in the mail this week lol , everyone seemed to know what to say but no one seemed to know what to look for or do and I'm just disappointed. Searching online yielded few results, but a promising offer from Get Yok'd showed that they had a 12 pack of the flavor in stock on their website, and at a competitive value, no less. Naturally, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the pack and have it delivered to my home. Please note that it is key that on their website and throughout checkout, I was actively purchasing the RASPBERRY CREAM flavored ghost. As soon as the order was placed, I checked my email for a confirmation and at a quick glance you can clearly see the image of the raspberry cream flavor that I ordered, however it is also very easy to overlook the "original" next to the image, which to my dismay I did. Upon arrival, I was both surprised and frustrated to see that the flavor we were so excited for was simply the original flavor. I immediately sent an email to the support team and waited patiently over the weekend and a couple more business days for a response. There has been no response since posting this review. Whether this is intentional on the part of Get Yok'd or simply just a misunderstanding, the evidence provided and my experience as an online customer, paired with the fact that any returns have you paying for shipping AND a 25% restocking fee has me feeling that the former is more likely.
