Today is 4/20/26 1:55 pm The lady in front desk with short hair with pink long nails has been rude to me for two days now . I came yesterday and I was trying make casual conversation as she checked me I. she was rubbing her hand so I asked her if she okay and she completely ignored me three times. Today she was with a gentleman with long hair he is very kind always says hi but today I gave her my ID I wasn't aware she was apparently asking me something she wouldn't make eye contact so I thought she was asking her colleague something so I stayed quiet she asked again with aggression and attitude . I don't think she should work in the front if she going to talk to people in rude manner. She seems unhappy. I told the bud tender who help me but she seemed liked she didn't care either . Idk I used to be about this place because it's the closest dispensary to my apartment but when my ID expired it was as if no one knew the correct protocol to proceed with but they all had a general sense of what to say, but no one was on the same page about it. One guy told me they just need the receipt that says I paid to renew it, I go online and renew and print out the receipt. The next day I bring that and I meet someone else who tells me they can't accept the paper. They said It needs to be a printout receipt FROM the DMV. A budtender with blue eyes and a security guard were the ones that told me this. They were nice. So I said "cool I'm going to the dmv tomorrow and get it I'll see you guys tomorrow". I knew the exact paper they were talking about. I go to the DMV, which I had to do anyway and take care of it, get the paperwork they asked for and go straight back to Catalyst to get me some weed I've been trying to get all week lol when I come back I ask for the budtender with blue eyes and a new employee I've never seen before tells me they just left. So I tell this person my story and what the previous employee told me and she says she can't accept the receipt from the DMV. Verbiage is very important when it comes to documents and it was like everyone had a general idea of what to say but no one knew how to respond when the documents were presented. I don't understand how they can ask for me to present a "receipt" and then not to accept the receipt. The girl told me I needed to bring a paper that showed an expiration date... idk how that was possible because my ID was expired already which is why the initial instructions they gave me was to just bring a "receipt" that showed a new unexpired ID was on the way but when I met someone new that didn't know I had been there days before, the expectation that was set was suddenly thrown at the window. Verbiage when setting expectations to a customer is important and it seemed like people knew general policies but were quick to say no when they were unsure rather than trying to figure out details. I honestly don't know if I want to return once my ID comes in the mail this week lol , everyone seemed to know what to say but no one seemed to know what to look for or do and I'm just disappointed. What a let down lol Aside from that, the prices are good and the location is nice but the team should really communicate better with one another as well as probably come up with a guidebook on how to properly set expectations so everyone is on the same page and I'm not coming back just to hear I have to go on a new side quest just to buy some weed. I decided to stroll by this new spot for the first time since a friend had recommended this place but a different location. They had some great deals, it wasn't too crowded when going in, I walked straight towards the booth as they inputted all my information. Service was great and everyone was friendly for the most part. The AC worked amazing lol they also had a great selection of options to choose from flower, edibles, and concentrate depending on what your preference is. Only thing I would recommend is for staff to share what deals and offers they have going on because I was definitely curious, but overall i was very happy with my purchase so thanks read more

I will never shop at another Catalyst. I'm disabled and attempted to use a handicap spot and was called a man and told to leave. I'm a woman. my partner and I were told not to come back. It's disgusting the treatment we got here. It was the one white cis man that worked there. read more

Terrible customer service/experience. I have been a few times and the budtenders are not helpful at all. Especially the guy with the mohawk. The quality is also mid for the price. They say they have sales all the time but the budtenders never show you the sales. Highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

It's the best weed store I have ever been to. The prices are very reasonable and fair. The employee's are very nice and really cool.

Service is nothing crazy but it's good and welcoming. This has been my go to dispensary lately since they're always having deals.
