Disgusting customer service , unfortunately rude and very much rotten .The weed is very low quality and extremely overpriced.They can refuse the service because your uber driver parked incorrectly. Starting from the imbecile security guard that misbehaves for no reasons at all, according to a lot of people in the neighborhood, finished with immature "management" . It is certainly the time to sent letters to the City , Fire Department and OSHA regulations . Such an idiotic and rotten approach to public doesn't deserve our respect nor money . Such low quality approach to people only let us know that they have shittie character judgment . We have lots of intellectual people in this neighborhood that are writers , engineers , lawyers and doctors who don't visit regularly due to small intake, and these are the individuals that are mistreated, because they are not drug addicts that come all the time and spend tons of cash . I just attempted to visit and ended up leaving without buying anything due to how I was treated. Parking here is genuinely confusing, especially at night. When I first pulled up, I didn't realize I had pulled into the loading area. There are no signs and literally looks like any other driveway to pull in. I was then directed to the other side of the building. From inside the car, that area directly as you pull in looks like a parking space. It's poorly lit and from a higher vehicle you can't clearly see the actual parking spots to the right. There are no clear signs indicating where to park, aside from a faded handicap marking and white lines you only notice once you're already out of the car. After I correctly parked and walked in, the security guard immediately had an attitude and spoke to me in a raised, condescending tone, saying "let's try this again," as if I had done something wrong. I explained that the parking situation was confusing and not well lit, and instead of acknowledging that, both the security guard and the budtender doubled down on the attitude. SMH. This could've been so simple. All they had to say was, "Yeah, parking here can be confusing. Glad you found it. What can we get you?" Instead, I was treated like an idiot. When I said I didn't appreciate the attitude and was taking my business elsewhere, both of them mocked me and made faces. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There are too many dispensaries in LA to spend money somewhere that treats customers like this. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I've been coming to this shop multiple times, and every single visit is overshadowed by the same issue - an extremely aggressive security guard who completely ruins the experience. The product selection is great, and the budtenders inside are friendly, helpful, and professional. But the security guard at the entrance is the exact opposite of the vibe this place should represent. He never greets customers, always looks angry and hostile, as if he hates everyone ,or specifically me. He repeatedly runs outside and aggressively yells at my driver about parking, waving his arms, raising his voice, and creating an unnecessary scene. His behavior feels threatening and completely inappropriate. People come to dispensaries like this to relax, feel supported, and enjoy a positive experience - not to be stressed or yelled at. Every visit starts with anxiety because I never know what kind of confrontation to expect. Because of this, I am seriously considering not coming back, which is disappointing, because I genuinely like the staff and the product selection. Honestly, this security guard destroys the vibe of the entire place. I really hope management takes this seriously, because security does not mean aggression -it means making customers feel safe and respected. read more

It was my first time here the employees and the security guard were very kind. I will say I feel really bad for the employees that have to stand in the extremely poor ventilated space and with barely working AC. It must have been around 100+ degrees in there meanwhile outside it was around 78. The item I bought was packaged in may of 2025 kind of a long time to be sitting on shelf I'm not sure if all their products are that old. Nonetheless i think owner need to prioritize a better environment for costumer and their workers. read more

What I ended up paying is $48.86. How did that happen. And I opened it up n it was dry "okay" weed. That clearly was not a full 8th. And they only have 3 car max on the parking, one being handicapped, it was just a place u never wanna spend ur money again, when end up feeling like a trick. read more

Honestly I don't like super strong weed, I usually go for Old Pal, but based on my preferences they've been able to recommend other stuff I really like - I've gone for the Big Tree which right now is less than $40 for 14g. So it's been really affordable too actually, which is nice! I also like the Lowell Smokes mini pre rolls, the packaging is so great and it's 10 little joints! Super cool layout, I love being able to see their selection up close and all the promos they're constantly running!!! Buy one get one deals and dope prices, the value is through the roof if we're being real. And actually really cool of them to have a discount for residents of the 90027 zip, that really comes in handy hehe They have a big parking lot and ample street parking too. Their ATM was out of service when I went but they take card so that was fine! Every time I've gone in, everybody on staff has been like... genuinely kind and patient, and always show me products that align with what I'm looking for and have liked already. By the time someone felt like sauntering out to tell me they had closed right at 9:45, all of the nearby shops were closing in minutes. Had I known there was a strict cut off time exactly fifteen minutes before 10pm randomly, I'd have shown up sooner. 0/10 for customer service, never going back, wouldn't recommend.
