Yesterday after my late lunch at Panda, I was craving some sort of smoothie so I came to this Jamba. It was my first time at this location and won't be the last. I personally don't care much about Jamba Juice and I will tell you why. To me, their juices are way too sour for my liking. They sell smoothies, Açaí bowls, and bites. They also have smoothies add protein bowls, and snacks which are perfect not only for kids but for adults as well. Walked in around 6pm and got a very nice greeting from Olinda. It took me a minute to decide what I wanted to get and I went with their Green juice with added Whey protein. I also got a smoothie with Strawberry and Mango. It was a bit sweet, but I liked it. Place is nice, big, clean and has parking and a gender neutral restroom. Will return next time to try their Açaí bowls with different toppings. read more

I ordered on ubereats for pickup order and took a lime scooter to get here and my order was ready on the spot. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The ambiance of this place was radiating good friendly vibes and it smelt so good in here. They always have good food options here (which I'll have to try next time). read more

I was in again and I made a comment about the music being extremely loud to level that I could not hear the cashier asking me questions. The manager wearing a gray colored shirt with extremely curly hair. I heard speaking rudely about the fact that his employee reported to him to lower the music. read more

Today (June 24), I stopped into Jamba with a toddler, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The cashier was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. I asked if there were kid-sized smoothies, and she simply said, "No." After I placed my order, she just stood there staring into space for several minutes without saying anything. I finally asked, "Am I all good?" after tapping my card, and she yelled, "Give me a minute!" Keep in mind, I was standing there with a toddler the entire time. Then I was told the register wasn't working and that they were going to call Linda, the manager. It honestly felt like they were stalling in hopes that I'd just leave because the store was completely empty, and the two employees seemed annoyed that someone had actually come in to order. When I said I'd wait, the cashier walked to the back, and the other employee reluctantly came over to help. Suddenly, the register was working just fine. The employee then angrily went back and forth making my smoothie. When she finally handed it to me, she casually said, "The protein tastes weird." Not exactly something you want to hear after you've already paid for your drink. To make things even stranger, I was initially told that a peanut butter smoothie and a bottle of water would cost $17. When I questioned the total, it was changed. The whole interaction left me feeling like I was being messed around while trying to manage a toddler. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, unfriendly, and frustrating from start to finish. I left with a horrible taste in my mouth--both literally and figuratively--and won't be returning. read more

I checked the posted hours the day before, and it said Jamba Juice opened at 7:30 a.m Monday- Friday. I arrived at 8:00 a.m on a Wednesday to grab an açaí bowl before work, but the store was still closed. I waited for a while, and no one opened the store. Very disappointing and a waste of time. read more

Good good good service but it took over 35 minutes to get two açaí bowls. They only had two workers and only one girl was actually working. It was painful to watch this girl moving at sloth speed while the other girl took all the orders and made all the bowls coming in. It was pretty busy but 35 minutes is unacceptable. I hope they hire a better staff member to help the awesome team member out. read more

Whoever puts the guy to work on Thursday mornings tell him to get effed. Again staring thru my clothing and made my drink without washing anything!!!! TASTED LIKE DIRTY WATER!!!!! charged me for boosts and upsize and literally filled the cup not even half way it tasted like dirty water i immediately vomited and he didn't give my change back. I went to Universal studios today to have a nice time with my sister. At the end of the day, I got the dragon fruit refresher with blueberries on top. I was delighted by the first sip, and thought the taste was delicious. You can imagine my surprise when only five sips in, it was already empty. I was struggling to drink more of the juice, for most of the content in the cup was ice. 90% of the cup of ice. All ice. I ate the blueberries on top and by that time, my drink was gone. Nothing but shaved ice. read more

I went to this location on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM. There's about eight people waiting to place an order one person behind the counter to people in the back on a computer screen. I waited for 15 minutes being ignored the whole time, the one person behind the counter, eventually came, took the order from one person, went back to making an order after 20 minutes of being ignored, I decided. I have better prices to Spanish have to add this is my third or fourth time to come to this location and it's always the same one person working there or even if there's two people unbelievably slow absolutely more customer service I strongly suggest you go and spend your money somewhere else read more

Haven't had a Jamba Juice in a minute. Decided to get a Mango a go go. Ordered a medium with soy protein powder. The girl that took my order was super sweet. Once I got my drink the girl stated I gave you a large because we made a little bit over! Score for me and thanks to her! I gave it a four star though not because service was bad or drink was bad, but the floors just didn't look clean. The service was great and the drink was yummy and filling. The store itself needs a little sparkle. Just felt very blasé compared to other Jamba Juices. read more

This Jamba Juice continues to be among the worst locations in terms of service and cleanliness...Luis the Manager is beyond awful, highly unprofessional, and lacks any sense of customer service etiquette. Went in this afternoon to purchase a Jamba Juice and a $25 gift card. Jamba Juice was running a promo "Buy a $25 GC Get $5 Rewards Card" .. I purchased the $25 GC but didn't get the $5 Rewards Card as noted on the flyers and posters. I asked Luis about the promotion... after reading the fine print ...he said it's no longer valid and wouldn't honor the $5 Rewards Card...I asked if he could just apply the $5 towards my Jamba Juice order but he rudely said no. Even though the signs and posters were right next to the register for all customers to see and purchase. I get it having to deal with a problem or upset customers are the last thing that anyone wants to deal with but AS A PERSON IN CHARGE (Luis) your job is to calmly and effectively diffuse the situation and figure out a common ground to please the customer not add to their frustration all while not solving the situation. If you don't want to put in the time or energy GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE? This just further illustrates how horrid corporate facilities are and operate! Maybe if the staff was happy and properly trained on these situations and instances they would much better know how to critical think and go about things. People are humans and humans have emotions and feelings and I think people at work forget that. It's not your job to coddle people but, it is your job duty to make that person feel welcomed and like you "attempted" to do any and everything in your power to rectify the situation. But clearly that wasn't an option. Had Jamba Juice removed the flyers and posters when the promotion ended ... none of this would have occurred! They wouldn't stand behind advertised offers / promos and in return they have officially lost me as a customer. read more

Negative stars!!! Sept 5 2024 @ 12:25pm . Wanted to order a Jamba Juice so I'm standing patiently waiting for at least 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, first guy big sloppy with his boxers showing looks at me says nothing at least 3 times then decides to just go on break I'm assuming because he filled up a cup and went to the back. So I asked the gentleman with that was making the drinks if he were taking orders or did I have to use the kiosk he replied in a high pitched smart mouth singing voice very rudely "yeah but I am also making orders" instead of simply saying " yes I'll be with you shortly". So i just decided to leave. I'd rather drive to Robeks than to deal with these idiots and treated poorly. Teach your employee better customer service.!!! I'll forever go to Robeks. !!! read more

If you want a healthy smoothie, then look no further. Jamba juice is the place to be. This is one of my favorite place to get a healthy smoothie. As a health and fitness fanatic, I always look for a plant/fruit based drink. I came here after my savage home workout and need a nutritious drink to quench my body and soul. They have a plethora of choices on their menu; after 2 minutes of deliberation, ogling and self-convincing on what to choose, I finally came to a conclusion. I ordered their world's famous apple 'n greens which has the following ingredients apple strawberry juice blend, kale, mangoes, bananas and peaches. It only has 320 cal. The cold, soft smoothie taste was perfect. Staff were assiduous, amiable and stolid. Prices were reasonable and competitive. Ample of parking. Overall I had a wonderful smoothie and order experience. read more

This location is disgusting. Ordered 2 drinks and while we waited for them to be made i asked about the restroom that was literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, and the employee snapped at me saying "we don't have one!" Then the store manager went to explain that customer restroom use is at the distraction of the franchise owner and they were told that the restroom is employees only. I have used the restroom @ other locations with no issue. This practice is completely discriminatory. The overly aggressive signs on the restroom doors should have been the first red flag. read more

This place is really good, friendly staff, clean environment, clean shopping center and everything. The only thing I will say is that there are a lot of homeless people nearby to include people panhandling. It is annoying. I always find convenient parking right in front despite the high traffic volume. All the large drinks were around $8 and we split 2 of them amongst 4 of us after a hike. We had the Açaí smoothie and Strawberry wild(?). Both were really good. Açaí is always a little tangier, but still good. Strawberry is definitely on the sweeter side. It's a clean space, and service was good. Definitely needs a few more chairs though. I'm an avid smoothie guy and make them at home all the time. Mine are definitely not as sweet, but these are good. read more

Yummo! Fresh juice is good for the body and this place is a cornucopia of fresh juices. I come for the wheatgrass shot and super green juice, prior to my hike at Griffith park. Whatever juice you want this place will provide. You can have fruits or veggies. Jamba Juice also has bowls which is a blend of real whole fruits, fresh greek yogurt and /or soy milk topped with an assortment of dry toppings and fresh fruits. I have not had the bowls, but I always see customers ordering them. My go to menu items are great greens pure juice, Apple and greens smoothie, and Kale and greens smoothie. I will start off by saying I am a HUGE Jamba fan. Growing up, it's what I would get after a hot practice after school and I continue to go regardless of what area I'm in...because I have my go-to drink and I can always rely on it. I wanted so badly to have a good experience and give the workers the benefit of the doubt. I usually go to the Jamba in Irvine because it is on my way to work, but I happened to be in Hollywood this morning and wanted my Jamba fix. However, I walked in and proceeded to stand there in front of the cash register for three minutes while the employees were standing in front of me making the drinks. I realized people were waiting. But it felt odd to me to not get so much as a "we'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait". I work in customer service, so I get how it can get busy...but it's also a little inconsiderate. Upon completing my order, the cashier was mid-making another drink, so I was left awkwardly standing at the register, not knowing if he was going to give me a receipt. He finished the other drink, and came back to the register and just overlooked me and onto the next person. Ok, I guess no receipt then (or even offering me one). I was hoping that the drink would just solve this experience, and again I kept a chipper attitude and smiling face because who knows what people are going through. But I got in my car with my drink, and it was VERY bland. Felt like a lot of ice. I get this drink on the regular and it was more watered-down and lacked the flavor I know every other Jamba has given me. I hate to leave this kind of review, but when I've had such wonderful experiences at other Jamba Juices, I know what they are capable of! read more
