Went in today for some resveratrol (250mg) and it wasn't in the usual spot, so I'm thinking they moved it, since other items in the store were reorganized. I circled the store and the employee behind the counter was busy doing something on the computer; granted there was another customer in the store that was looking for product and putting items on the counter. I used to be greeted by the attendant and asked what I was looking for but not today. Also when a customer has to circle the entire store, that should be a pretty damn good indication that they're looking for something. Complete customer service cluster fuck. I am the owner of SteamRider Productions and an Ambassador for RAZE Energy Drinks. GNC stopped carrying RAZE almost a year ago. But from time to time they will still receive a shipment into the store from the remainder of what they have in their warehouse. The manager and I made an agreement that whenever he received any RAZE shipments into his store he would contact me to see if I would like to purchase them before anyone else does. Every time a new shipment is received he immediately contact me. I arrive at the store and I am welcomed with a warm greeting and a smiling face. I always enjoy our small talks as I make my purchase.
