I've tried two of the varieties of your Flax 4 Life muffins, sold locally in my Seattle grocery stores (PCC and Metropolitan Market). They are delicious and super heathy! My 4 year old son even loves them. To me they taste like a full-gluten bran muffin - which I happen to love. But even for the people not so fond of a bran-type muffin, if you must be GF, try these muffins. It's better than anything from Udis or Whole Foods.
