Wizard of Oz?? no its just emerald city home of spectacular smoothies! But beware of the brain freezes from the fresh cold smoothies. I love the raspberry smoothie super delicious. As for the ambiance prepare for loud blenders..... Overall great spot for nourishing your body! read more

Absolutely love this place! The smoothies are super fresh, perfectly blended, and never too sweet. Staff is always friendly and quick. Great spot for a healthy pick-me-up! read more

This smoothie shop offers a diverse range of smoothies, along with wellness items and supplements for purchase. While I thoroughly enjoy the smoothies, the service, while good, falls short of greatness, leading to a four-star rating. read more

Many, many smoothie options plus the choice to build your own or sub ingredients. The mocha smoothie is really sweet by design. Smoothies can be high or low calorie count, which is listed. There are many add-ins to suit anyone's smoothie goals. Very clean. Friendly and helpful service. read more

I ordered the Banana Berry Crunch bowl. Awesome... healthy dessert for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Better than Mallards, or Menchies, if that's your thing. read more

The 4 stars is only because my smoothie wasn't anything special, but also maybe thats what you expect when you order the slim or lean one. Great customer service. They have some supplements/vitamins in the store. I like that you can get the nutrition facts online and I'd stop in again for a shake for my lunch. read more

My fiance and I come here a lot. The last 3 times we came they kept telling us that our next smoothie is free because of the points we have accumulated. The reward system is a joke and the employees are rude. When my fiance asked them to double check the computer about the points, the employee rolled their eyes and said no your next one is free. Then attempted to take the person behind my fiance order. read more

Good customer service and a nice menu with a lot of variety. Would definitely recommend . We will be back

I was up in Bellingham doing some training and needed something protein packed for a long day ahead - This location is inside the complex where the new Whole Foods is going to be. I wish them serious luck to stay put, even though WF usually has a smoothie bar of its own. I consider Emerald City's product to be superior and more of a true health/work out/gym rat menu. It's a franchises with 40+ stores, I know, but I love the Just Peachy and the Nutty Banana ones. I also love how, on their website, you can choose a wellness goal and it will match the smoothie with that goal. This is a regular stop for me when I'm around, and I might even fight the parking lot craziness that is sure to ensue just to frequent them! read more

Emerald City Smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Bellingham, Washington

The triple strawberry bowl was great,, very clean & polite staff, I would definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE, heathy too,

Finally went in and tried their açaí bowl! I had the health nut, which is topped with granola, goji berries, almond slices and peanut butter. Only complaint is I wish the granola was more layered in the açaí base. Other than that... delicious! I have also had the energizer smoothie, which is usually my go to and is also delish. read more

Emerald City Smoothie - Health Nut Açaí Bowl - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Bellingham, Washington

My first time coming here, new to the area and looking for a smoothie bar for after my workouts. Not impressed at all. I didn't feel the staff to be super helpful, too busy conversing with each other, even after I told her it was my first time there. The smoothie was just ok, had an aftertaste. I've had way better at the Nrgize smoothie bars in LA fitness and my Premier protein shakes from Costco. read more

I'm not sure how I managed to live in the Lakeway neighborhood for so many years without checking out Emerald City Smoothies. But recently I took my daughter here for a healthy breakfast on the way to school and it was really good! They have multiple flavor combinations, including dairy free and vegan options. I also appreciated that basic nutritional info was written next to each smoothie. I chose a vegan smoothie and my daughter got a fruity one. Both were delicious, and the prices were much more reasonable than at the smoothie bar inside the nearby Whole Foods. read more

Their smoothies and shakes are absolutely amazing and decently priced, I've never had an issue with them. They NEVER fail to impress time and time again. Highly recommend this place if you want a delicious drink read more

I've been coming here religiously for about 6 years. I've since moved to Seattle, and have always missed this one. I've never had any complaints about the service, and I love that they carry spirulina as a supplement. Most of the ECS branches don't... This is and always will be one of my first stops whenever I come back to Bellingham... read more

This place used to be great. I moved to Seattle and come up here once a year and it's not what it used to be. I just stood in line for 15 mins while the manager just stood there staring at the line. Then he decided to casually go down the street to get rolled coins from the bank and leave the one obviously new young kid alone. Then I pay $9 for a smoothie. I always get the Raspberry Dream with banana and caffeine. Its always good enough that I don't care about the price. This one sucks. Like there is no raspberries in it. Bland. read more

I used a coupon for a free smoothie. I got the low carb peanut butter with blackberry! It was delicious!!! No more Robeks for me

This is a great spot if you're looking for a smoothie place with a large variety of flavors, And darn tasty smoothies! They also sell various supplements here for your workouts. What I typically get here is "The Builder" shake, which has I believe 1,240 calories in it and is really good for bulking and helps you form lean muscle mass. The smoothies they prepare for you here accommodates everyone's particular needs weather or not you're here just because it's delicious, or because of your particular training focus. The location of this place is pretty good, of course it can get pretty packed in the area depending on when you go because there's a little Caesar's and Menchies nearby. Enjoy!! read more

Delicious smoothies, flavors, protein add-ins. They are very helpful about supplements. I was searching for a particular protein powder. They gave me a single pouch sample to try then I could return to purchase the full size rather than bringing a full tub home to find it tastes like cardboard. I have been here twice and each time noisy and long lines and wait times. read more

I constantly come in and get a custom regular sized strawberry smoothie, super basic no special add-ins, and it ALWAYS comes out $3.25 sometimes $4. No problem right? Well, recently I went in, ordered my drink, and was charged $5.86! After trying to explain my order and how I had never been charged this much to the employee, she rudely told me that I was incorrect and insisted that I was lying because she never heard of a price so low before. I said I didn't want the smoothie and would not be paying for it but she continued to argue with me. I reluctantly paid and as I left I could hear her loudly discussing "how rude I was" to a co-worker in the back. Terrible service, and over priced smoothies I will not be coming back. read more

I went into this shop looking for a protein shake for my son who is a very picky eater. I was hoping to find a healthy breakfast shake to get his morning off on the right start since he isn't willing to eat many things. The owner was very helpful and was willing to let my son sample the shake. They have a ton of different protein drinks and health supplements so it is definitely worth visiting this store. I really liked the great customer service. read more

This place is the best! The staff are friendly and the menu has every option you could think of for smoothies. I can't not stop by when I'm near the place. read more

Pretty good. The girls at the counters always seem to be happy to help me save money. They have FDA approved pea-based whey protein that they sell here which is a plus. They are very willing to accommodate customized shakes. Compared to the amount of protein you get spending the same amount of money elsewhere, this place is hands down much better. I will be visiting this place a lot in the summer. read more

Great place and pet friendly!!!!! I love that they have multiple protien powder options and milk alternatives.

Nice selection of supplements and an awesome smoothie bar. They are always helpful in finding something to meet your needs. Add in options, lots of flavors, and quick staff! read more

Love the people who work here but smoothies are inconsistent. I've never experienced this at other locations. I used to go every day but stopped because I was frustrated paying for something I often didn't enjoy. It's to awkward to mention it to the people every time it's not good because it would be more often than not. Came back recently hoping for a good one and was so happy I drank the whole thing. Came back again and my smooth tastes bland and texture is slimy. Perhaps measurements need to be refined? Or maybe fruits are out of season? Giving it 4 stars for the employees. read more

This place really is hidden but amazing. If you love your body and want to be in better health or shape you have to try it. There smoothies are good priced and amazing. The vitamins and supplements they sell are great priced and quality. The girls seem to know whats on their shelf and have samples if your interested in trying a product.. the smoothie you dream of making and drinking for a meal you can find here.. Healthy and need I say YUM! Check this place out for lots of B12 vitamins, Shake Mixes and Smoothies! Waaayy better than Robeks or any other smoothie in town. read more

Smoothie was awesome! Customer service was not. If you want a great smoothie but don't care about the person helping you not being friendly and more interested in talking to her coworker, then this is the place for you. I know what to expect now. read more

Normally I like emerald city smoothie, I've been to Seattle and Tumwater locations and they keep things consistent with recipes and being upfront about what they're putting in your smoothie. Typically you order a smoothie off the board of choices- and they make additions or substitutions and I'm a happy girl. However, I came to the lakeway one- ordered my usual- the PB & J- and I got the most disgusting tasting smoothie I've ever had. Even though it mentions blueberries in the ingredients on the board, they didn't put any in. They added powdered milk without telling me, a sugary over processed shot of b-12... And added a boat load of peanut butter. When I asked why it tasted so different they said the owner of that specific franchise wanted to keep things "original" so he secretly has his employees add powdered milk and a shot of b-12 to all the smoothies. I found that extremely deceptive for those with lactose/vegan concerns. I asked other emerald city smoothie places if this was standard procedure and all said this was not ok. Not sure what's up with this place.... Make sure you watch them make your food and ask questions! read more

Stopped here after crossing the border. Delicious smoothies with lots of different kinds. They have green smoothies, immune boosters and energy smoothies. I got the raspberry dream which was delicious and my sister got the guava passion smoothie also very good. They ranges from $5-6 dollars which is cheaper than the $7 smoothies at whole foods next door. read more
