Their wound liniment is a staple in my medicine cabinet, their carrier oils are the best I've come across, and their essential oils and bulk herbs are always top tier. If you compare their pricing with other sellers of similar quality goods, you will find their pricing is ridiculously reasonable. To top all of that off, the folks there have always been super sweet. Since I order online, I only have interactions with them over the phone or through cute smiley faces written on invoices, but even when that note is explaining that they ran out of something I ordered so they refunded me that amount, there's just a certain warmth to it.
