No response to 4 follow up emails and 4 phone calls after that until March 25th. Finally quote came on March 25th. I Accepted on April 1st. No response again until I called them and asked for the status. on April 5th she emailed me that: "They normally don't accept clients in March and now we need to file extension because she doesn't have time" She was blaming us for answering to the quote email late!!!
