I booked an appointment online for a gel pedi and gel polish removal which they charge $15 for if the previous service wasn't done with them. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 for the pre-booking and 4:00 PM for the service. I arrived at about 3:53 just a few minutes later than my appointment time. I was greeted by who I assumed was the nail technician who was working with another client and told me to have a seat and that I should start looking for a nail color. She said that she was almost done with her client and that I would be next, I told her I wasn't in a rush and that it was fine. She then asked me to join her and her client in the pedicure chairs so that I wouldn't be alone sitting in the waiting area. It's a small salon so I wasn't sure why she asked me to move but I obliged not to seem rude or dismissive of her. I went and sat and placed my nail color on the tray next to me and just started feeling very uncomfortable. She was still working on her client and asked if I wanted anything to drink, I respectfully declined as I was already picking up on the fact that she was obviously judging me for some reason and honestly I didn't even feel like she wanted to do the service. After some internal debate as to whether I should stay or not I decided to stay. She ended up taking an additional 20 minutes to complete her client and then started on my service. I had booked the gel polish removal service which again was an additional $15, she used a drill to remove the color no acetone or anything else. The pedicure chairs are extremely uncomfortable and I was just not feeling comfortable with this service at all. She asked if she should cut my nails and I did say yes and just to file the rest. I asked her to even out on of my nails that a previous owner and a different salon cut completely wrong. She said that it was because my toe was slanted, what does a slanted toe have to do with how you shape the nail? Anyway I had a previous acrylic layer done on my great toe and I needed the small piece drilled out but that didn't happen, she proceeded to tell me that I wasn't drying my toes properly which isn't true and then she stated that my nail was infected and that I should use anti fungal spray on my toe. I'm not in the business of arguing and so I just listened to what she had to say and then she said that I could still have the service done. I stayed with this thought in my head although things are sterilized at nail salons to my knowledge you're not suppose to service a customer with a fungal infection. Which is why I know that's a complete lie because she did in fact continue with the service. There was no in depth cleaning or much of anything. My cuticles were cut, my toes were cut and filed and overall the service was fine. It wasn't great and I probably wouldn't return here. The lack of service, coupled with the fact that this woman told me I had a fungal infection and still worked on my feet and the awkward feeling I had there were enough for me to be completely turned off by this business. She also had another client booked durning my service and when she walked in the technician greeted her and said " Wow punctuality" kind of as a snub to me getting there 4 minutes later than my scheduled time. This was totally unpleasant experience, Thank you next. *** Update*** 07/02/25 The gel polish has lifted from two of my nails. The worst part of all of this is that I can't/ won't ask for this to be fixed by them as I know I will not be getting good service due to whatever prejudice they have. read more

I was frustrated but this is nothing compared to how I felt 2 days later when the pinky nail was simply GONE!!!! It just fell off??? I did not even knock into anything, I went to put my seatbelt on and it simply popped off!!!!! Of course, I called the salon NUMEROUS times to get them repaired but no one ever picked up the phone. I stopped by the shop and they were already closed!!! I had to attend my son's New Years Eve Wedding with 9 Ruby Red Sparkly nails! I was wearing the most beautiful beaded and feather ball gown had my hair & make up professionally done but still I felt a little bit GHETTO!! With my missing nail! I will never trust my nails to these poorly trained nail techs! NO THANK YOU! For now on I will go back to my salon in Miami Gardens. This place is close to my home but so not worth the aggravation and poor quality work. Not to mention that I had to sit for over an hour listening to this lady talk about her personal problems with the other nail techs. Uuuuggghhhh! OMG, there is a time and a place for everything. The best pedicure I have had in years! Lede is thorough (some may say the digging is a bit much but in my case, it was necessary). I am from NYC, where most places tend to rush a pedi, but again, Lede took her time, clipped, filed, scrubbed, pushed and scrubbed with precision! I also got a gel manicure, which was just as divine. Other things I appreciated, the place is - Clean Quiet Relaxing Good selection of colors - more importantly- if you want a gel manicure, they have the matching regular polish for your toes. Very neat and organized. Please note, I am fluent in Spanish and we primarily spoke in Spanish. Arleen was my nail tech .. she was super nice ! She did a great job removing my cuticles, painting etc .. what I loved about this place is that they keep the instruments in a sterile paper pouches that they open at the time of your service .. Very nice staff but very overpriced for what you get. I had a Gel Manicure and Pedicure. The pedicure chair was very uncomfortable, and absolutely no massage was done on the hands and feet. I paid $77 that didn't include the tip, and to me that was expensive for basically both services completed in a little over an hour. I tried calling this morning for an appointment but the call went to voicemail. So, I went to the location. The first thing that was asked was if I had an appointment. There seemed to be some hesitation but I was accommodated. There were 2 ladies working. Since they both greeted in Spanish I was a little hesitant. So I went to do my nails here yesterday right after work, I am notorious for forgetting to schedule my appts ahead of time for my salon (which is very busy) and I end up having to try different salons. This time it was an emergency. My nails has been destroyed by a previous nail salon in Hialeah (Gelous Nail Salon) and I needed to get them fixed. I called yesterday and asked if they could see me after work around 430. They had an appt available and also told me it was walk in as well. But I like to schedule appts because walking into a salon without an appt may lead to hours wasted. So I walk into the salon at 425pm and to my surprise it is a very tiny place however very clean. The lady who texted me had told me I would be doing my nails with one person and my feet with another which I was completely fine with. The first lady that began to work on my nails began to wrap my nails in foil and since I had very little gel on each nail it was very easy for them to be soaked for literally a minute or two and she was able to remove everything. I told her I was going to cut my nails very very short because they needed to recuperate from the disaster that was done at the previous Hialeah nail salon that I had to go to 3 to 4 weeks ago. She proceeded to file my nails perfectly, paint them perfectly, the whole experience was very great; she did everything very well and I believe she even put some nail strengthener on my nails because they were a wreck from the other place. Then, I had my pedicure done by another lady and it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The gel nails and regular pedicure does come out to $45 which is $10 more than I pay at my regular place plus tip really comes out to almost $20 more but the experience and the service was really nice and I'm not going to complain. In a pinch, I have found a go-to nail salon that is close to my job. Yay. read more

Best nail salon in Springs. Whenever I am visiting my hometown, I schedule a mani/pedi with my mom. I'll be honest, I have hard working hands and feet (avid gardener and runner). My mani and pedis are not easy. I was pleasantly surprised that the technicians at G nail salon took care and time to shape them well and paint them perfectly. Paola was very sweet and methodical. Leidy took great care of my mom who has very sensitive feet and doesn't speak any Spanish. It is a small salon, but don't let that dissuade you from visiting, they have wonderful customer service. Do not even bother showing up, they'll waste your time time & time again. I called earlier today and made an appointment for 4:00PM, got held up at work and asked if it's okay to move the appointment to a later time -- she said 5:00PM is fine and she (Nancy, the owner) will take care of me then. I showed up at 5:00PM, she asked if I could come back in an hour because there is a longer than expected wait time. I paid no mind, went to Milan's and came back at 5:45PM. She kindly explained she will set me up with the pedicure shenanigans and do someone's pedicure and then move on to me. It is now 6:45pm and No one has seen me yet. I been sitting at the pedicure chair, no apologies, no update. Nothing. This isn't the first time I have had an issue with appointments/waiting time at this nail place which is a shame because their work is good.
