I hope Gustavo gets more reviews. He just completed replacing my sewer line in a half a day! My plumbing was backed up for the whole house, plumber that came out Sunday charged me $700 (and I was told these were not after hours fees but who knows). and said sewer line needed replacing and pushed for me to make an appointment right away. His estimate freaked me out, said it would be a three day job. I reached out to my dad who helped me find Gustavo. His cost was about 30% less. He and his son did a phenomenal job and as mentioned above, they were done in half a day. I bought my old house in 2008 and have been searching for that 'go-to plumber' ever since, been through about 5 of them. I feel I finally have one and I highly recommend him. In the midst of having a difficult time finding a reasonable plumber as they were all booked dealing with storm damage or price gouging Gus still took my call. I explained my elderly mother had been displaced as her home suffered significant damage and was staying with us so we had a local handy-man replace our toilets with ADA compliant ones except they weren't placed properly and we had sewage backing up in both downstairs bathrooms. I explained to Gus the owner and even though it was his one day off since the crazy storm he was willing to come to our home if he wasn't able to find anyone of his team to come out to get things fixed up. I called Gus because water was coming up from the tile in my kitchen floor when I ran water in the sink. He called me the morning before Thanksgiving and came out same day at noon. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. He had to replace the drain pipe in the kitchen as well as replace the disposal. While he was there he looked at both bathroom faucets that were having water pressure issues and fixed them. He also reseated the back bathroom toilet that was moving around loose. The project hit a snag due to city permit issues but that was no fault of his. The city was short staffed due to Covid-19 so processing of permits were delayed.
