First off the yelp stated it opened at 8 am, when it didn't open we called the number listed. When we explained we were driving through and we noticed their business. Since we are gluten free. We explained we couldn't hang around until the opening at 9am. The owners were so nice they ran over and opened for us. The owner that did the baking was the nicest person explaining everything since I have multiple food allergies and gluten free. We bought graham crackers which are delicious, pita pockets and English muffins to try. I plan on ordering some when I get home to Washington since they ship too! Stopped in here randomly, glad I did. It isn't set up like your traditional bakery, but has breads and baked goods in freezers and coolers (and a few shelves if room temp items). Everything is gluten free and free from the top allergens (diary, egg, soy, corn, and nuts). Vegan. Recommend the English Muffins and Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (that were actually more like Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins). I went into gluten free things again it's just as great as the first time. They have so many allergen friendly breads, desserts, cookies, and cupcakes and you would never know they're gluten free! I've driven by this place many times, curious about what's inside. While it's not much to look at and it's a pretty small shop, they have lots more available than I imagined! They have breads, croutons, muffins, pizza crust/dough, flour, sweets, pasta, drinks, and more! I was needing something for my sweet tooth, and I was pleased so find multiple varieties of cookies, cupcakes, and brownies, many of which were vegan as well as gluten free. A very high quality gluten free outfit in the Denver area! We were recently diagnosed Celiac and have been searching high and low for gluten free options that don't taste gluten free. On a trip out to CO we happened across this bakery and were pleasantly surprised with their products. The owner was very nice and sociable, greeting us and welcoming us the moment we stepped in the store. They have a wide variety of gluten free bread items to chose from...full loaves, bagels, English Muffins, croissants, cakes, cupcakes, and more! He even gave us some freshly cut samples to make sure we were happy with what we wanted! We ended up getting a loaf of French bread, same bagels, some croissants, and a vanilla cupcake. All were very tasty. My favorite were the bagels...toasted with honey made them delicious! The croissants were a bit dense and tasted more like rolls and the loaf proved to better as a sandwich bread rather than an eat-by-itself bread, but I would buy each again! The cupcake was amazing!! Definitely check this place out if you're near. One note, we were mistaken thinking it was a sit down and eat sort of place. Not the case. I thought about if I wanted to write this review or not, but decided to do it because it was my honest experience. I came in the other day as I've been trying to find good gluten free staples for our family. I walk in, the place is very crammed, there weren't a lot of prices listed and some of the items didn't contain ingredients but the labels read "free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy" etc. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by who I later would know is the owner. At first I thought I was on a hidden camera show. He walked over to me and said "hi" and just stood there. So I asked "do I need to place an order or can I take what's here?" As the set up is so weird and I didn't see a register or anything. He stares straight at me and says "no". So I laugh because I could not tell if he was joking and the whole thing was super awkward. So he hands me a price sheet and I'm continuing to look and I ask "how much is this?" And his response was "you can just give me a lot of money, like 25,000". I was so confused if he was joking or what was happening. He then proceeds "why not? You look like a nice person who can give me money". I started to get super uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I asked a few other questions and his answers were so vague and I was super uncomfortable. I did ask if I'm supposed to grab things out of the freezer and he says "no because then I have to work" ummmm ok weird I thought this was a business but ok. So I asked what was in the cupcakes because there was no ingredients listed and he goes on this whole tangent "stuff, I know all the things, lots of stuff" at this point I was trying to just buy a loaf of bread. So he goes to the back, grabs a loaf, sticks it inside a ziplock and hands it to me and proceeds to stand there. I'm like "ok how much is this" so he walks over to a calculator and types in 108 and says "this much" I'm like 100.00!!!!!! No way! At this point another lady comes over and says "it's supposed to say 10.00" no way I was about to hand this man my debit card. So I hand him 10.00 in cash and he proceeds to describe a time last year where he had a stroke, except he wasn't using words to do it. I feel for the man, I really do and at the same time having customers deal with that level of uncomfortable and awkwardness was a definite turn off. I'm not even sure I want to try this 10.00 bread which I have no ingredients to go off of since he stuck it in a ziplock bag. I think I'll stick to whatever crappy bread options I have at the store because this whole interaction felt like a terrible dream that I could not get out of! I highly recommend when new customers come in, to have someone else assist John Irving in answering questions or you will lose customers! This was the most awkward, confusing and uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a place of business in 40 years of my life (and that says a lot!) read more

I am SO happy I found this place! I got to have my first pita in years since diagnosed with a gluten allergy since pitas are hard to find. They have so much good bread variety that I can't always find like hoagies and croissants!! And they're frozen which is awesome so I don't have to worry about it spoiling. The owner is so nice. I live in NY but have a grandchild who is allergic to gluten, dairy etc. I stopped by this store two months ago while in Colorado where he lives. At that time I purchased the pancake mix and frozen raisin bread. It was an incredible hit. I have tried many different kinds of gluten free pancake mix and they have been ok. He absolutely loved them. The mix ran out and my daughter used an alternative and the difference in taste and texture was immediately noticed. so I returned today and bought the mix along with several other products. The friendly staff recommended the cupcakes in the refrigerator. He had one for dessert tonight and absolutely loved it. It's a challenge to find quality products for children with top ten allergies, give this company a try. They really produce a quality product. read more

It's extremely cramped if you walk inside, so it's hard to really browse and see what they have. Amazing! I had the best experience here today! I think it was the owner who greeted me immediately and asked about me and had all these amazingly delicious food for me to try. It was absolute heaven! The pastries here are absolutely perfect. The brownies are so yummy, you would never know that they were gluten free. I would recommend this place for people who do not have a gluten problem. He did eventually hang up, though I'd still say the customer service was limited. They do have a wide variety of products, but not too much in the way of baked goods such as cakes or pies. You can, apparently, order things like cookies in advance. If you specifically need GF goods, it may worth checking out. Does anyone else feel like their symptoms kick in after eating the products here? Starting to question exactly how gluten free this place is. Kitchen is not certified gluten free, and would like to know where the equipment utilized was purchased and whether or not it was cleaned properly (if used previously in a wheat producing bakery). The beau and I stumbled in here a couple weekends ago. We had been meaning to go into the store for a long time, because it's right next to the self-serve froyo shop that we frequent. Once we finally made it in, we got to converse with the owner for about half an hour. He has re-worked and perfected his recipes for gluten free biscotti, cookies, muffins, and pizza dough, all of which can be bought at this store. If you call in about an hour ahead of time, he'll make you a take-and-bake pizza. AWESOME! They also sell gluten free bread and Cappello's pasta (which is grain free and gluten free) and tastes amazing. I can't wait for him to have made to order sandwiches so that we can stop by and grab a bite for lunch. All of that said, I'm giving this place 3 stars because: 1.) the credit card limit is $15. That's really high, even for a small business. I understand $5, but $15? Very few people carry cash on them anymore, so I thought this was a little unreasonable. 2.) The store is awkwardly cramped. You walk in, and it is literally a small room with grocery refrigerators lining both sides. But, overall, if you are gluten free, and craving some baked goods that you don't want to have to slave over yourself, he makes some great things. The chocolate chip zucchini muffin thing is very good, and his double chocolate brownie- awesome. It is perfectly chocolatey and not overly sweet. Just tried a sweet roll from here and oh. my. god. One of the best things I've ever tasted. This is a small bakery, but they have a lot of options and I think you can custom order things as well. They make take-and-bake pizzas that you just have to call an hour ahead of time for. They have meatballs, breads, doughs, cookies, muffins, etc. Prices are average with other gluten free products, but not overpriced like some similar small bakeries are. Actually quite reasonable. I often find it hard to find fluffy, fresh, and good tasting gluten free baked goods. I had graham crackers for the first time here! Their pita bread is amazing, I actually asked the man helping me if he was sure it was gluten free. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for good quality gluten free baked goods and breads. The store is small, as mentioned before, but it didn't bother me. The man helping me brought out free samples of different items and then I picked what I wanted. Amazing place! I feel lucky to live so close to it. The owner greeted us as soon as we walked it and was very familiar with Celiac Disease, which is why I have to eat gluten free. Everything I've gotten from here has been delicious but my favorite by far are the croissants. I could not stop eating them. The chocolate chip cookies dough is good, the cinnamon graham crackers are wonderful, soft and chewy and excellent for smores.
