I do purchase the products she recommends, because my goal is to have long-term skin improvement. However, I have noticed that Nichole is mindful that people have varying financial situations and is helpful in choosing products to prioritize in the event I'm not able to buy them all at once. I wish I could have come here during my teenage years, because at that time I took every acne medication under the sun and saw minimal improvements, while Bespoke has been able to heal my skin and keep it healthy. Beyond the skincare, I want to highlight Nichole's kindness and the way she genuinely cares for her clients. On at least two occasions I've had an appointment after going through some major life challenge and each time Nichole listened as I told her what I was going through and made my facial a place to escape everything that was going on. If you're a member (for a facial one a month), the service is $65; for non-members, the facial is $80. They have a wash bar when you wash your hands and face before being taken into one of the treatment rooms. The 30-minute facial is customized based on your needs (mine was focused on extractions and LED light therapy). The customer service was great, and the treatment room was beautiful and comfortable (mine was the back treatment room which had enormous windows looking out onto the garden behind the building - those fall colors and trees made my treatment extra relaxing). There are a lot of options for facials now - a range of prices, lengths of treatment, a range of privacy offered by the spa. There isn't a Glowbar by me in Baltimore, so membership isn't an option for me. But I enjoyed my experience. It's nice to have a less expensive and quick option for a facial! It makes it easy to fit in a facial, even during a busy week or weekend.

The price for a 60 minute massage is very fair for being right in the city, $130 before the discount, $110 with it (before gratuity). I have not tried any other services. Since I am a member of the gym, I knew it was located in the gym along with the hair salon and was not surprised by the entrance procedure. Rather, I was incredibly impressed by the tranquil environment they managed to create within the busy gym. Once you enter the space, there's dim mood lighting, relaxing music, water, and a separate bathroom. You wouldn't even know you're in the gym. I received a massage form one masseuse, thought it was good, and so I went back for a second with the same individual. The second time, I was deeply unimpressed. The whole experience was much more wholistic and caressing than a pressure-based massage--even after I requested more pressure. It didn't even feel like I had had a massage afterwards. So for my third session, I decided to try someone different: Ronnie. And Ronnie was amazing. He incorporated so many different techniques, including stretching, and threw in some extras like heat and aroma, even going a little over time. I would definitely book Ronnie again. It is a shame that there's no way to tell on the app (that I could see) what type of massage each masseuse specializes in, so you could select one who matches your preferences. I came with a few friends (4 of us including myself) as we were celebrating a birthday. The spa staff was so kind to open a bottle of complimentary champagne and provide fresh strawberries for us in the waiting area as well. My friend called the spa a week prior to book our services and we were split into different appointments times- two people receiving massages during one hour and one person receiving a facial, then the next hour two people getting massages. Because the rooms are directly accessible to the waiting area, you can pretty much hear everything so I heard my friends through the door. Toey was my masseur and she was phenomenal (easily a 10/10). She asked me at the beginning where my problem areas were and where she should focus, and I had her focus on my neck and shoulders as I hold all of my tension there. I requested an hour long Swedish with medium pressure. I was provided complimentary aromatherapy oil in the massage so that was a very nice touch. She massaged my scalp too which was sooo needed. From my head to my toes, she covered it. I felt so much relief at the end of my massage especially because she made sure she spent enough time on my problem area. Absolutely great massage. The gentleman who works the front desk (I think his name was John but I can't remember, sorry!!) was also so kind. He was the one who brought out the refreshments and was periodically checking on me while I was waiting for my service. While the location is not ideal, the service was wonderful.
