Unfortunately, the threading itself was extremely slow, which made the whole experience much more painful than it needed to be. She also asked if I wanted to do my chin when my service clearly only listed eyebrows and lips. I found that unnecessary and honestly a little rude. For the record, I really only have peach fuzz on my chin, so I'm not sure what prompted the question in the first place. Unfortunately, the actual result wasn't good either. I know I could have looked more closely in the mirror afterward and asked her to fix anything, and that's something I'll probably get better about doing. But it's hard to tell everything immediately without taking more time to inspect it. As you can see in the pictures, my eyebrows were not done well, and there were still hairs left on my upper lip. On top of that, the salon itself was not clean. The salon area looked dirty, and the bathroom was also not clean. Overall, the space just didn't feel well maintained. Between the long wait, how painful and slow the threading was, the poor result, and the cleanliness of the space, I wouldn't come back here. Edit: also worth noting that the woman who did my eyebrows walked in and didn't use hand sanitizer and obviously made me bleed. Just other reasons why I wouldn't come back.

I let her know I had reached out to her within 24 hours via the messaging you could do through the Vagaro scheduling system she has. I was not acknowledged and only told she called me and I didn't answer making it my fault. I was at work so I didn't answer. I was hollered at that I no showed and she gave me no solution. She did not even ask kindly if I would pay the fee which I would have from the start if I knew. I felt completely attacked because she went in circles of how I didn't pay. I barely said a few words to her the entire interaction. I work in the aesthetic industry and the normal response would have been that I see you didn't pay for your no show and come to an understanding as I did notify her, but she said I didn't. She has tens of appointments daily that I can see and told me one person needed my specific appointment... This could have been waived as I've never seen her. I left with my mouth dropped with how she reacted to me being there. I understand your system, but I didn't understand your behavior. I had tried calling over 5 times over the last few months to schedule and was never called back after leaving messages and your website/scheduling system was not set up to allow to make appointment requests prior to a month ago and then I'm hollered at because I missed an appointment. I am esthetician myself and appreciate the business but don't appreciate this customer service.

I've visited her several times for the "flirty lashes" lash extenstions, eyebrow waxing, and a facial. She is specially certified and trained in the lash extension procedure, so you know it will be done correctly, and safely. My lashes looked amazing! They were long, sexy and no one knew they weren't mine. The best part is they lasted for weeks before I had to go in for touch-ups. The facial treatments lasted over an hour, and started with a complete inspection of my skin's condition. Catie made recommendations of they type of treatment she should perform, and educated me on my skincare routine. I appreciated the time she spent with me teaching me anti-aging methods I could perform now to prevent needing medical treatments later. The facial massage, which accompanied the treatments was relaxing and rejuvinating. The environment is clean and relaxing, accompanied by soothing ambient music. A real stress-buster after my long days in the office. You can also purchase special skincare products and lash growth serum or conditioners, which are reasonably priced. I highly recommend visiting Skintuitions.
