Yuri was really sweet as soon as I walked in the door even when I was super apologetic for being 5 minutes late from LA traffic. I quickly filled out a form and Yuri asked me if I would prefer a more natural or more dramatic lift. I went with a more dramatic lift. As soon as she started working on my eyelashes I could tell she was really taking her time and giving her attention to each individual lash to make sure they were treated and lifted. I was so comfortable the whole time and she was incredibly gentle. She took her time and my eyes never felt uncomfortable or hurt during the process.
