Danny took care of my nails at the last second and I like them. I had to take away one star due to him not making me wash my before applying any of the new nail acrylic. I also had to take off another star after he charged me $15 for removal, but instead of gently soaking off the old acrylic, he ripped it off with a plastic nail tip, which is very unhealthy and it's 2024, so I don't understand why they are still doing that to our nail beds and cuticles. My daughter's nails were super cute and I will try to remember to get the name of the nail tech who took very good care of her and post her pictures, as well. Overall, I do recommend as long as you are vocal upfront, you u shouldn't have any issues, and Danny's shaping skills are on POINT! I like that they are open until 8 PM. read more

The pricing was consistent for me. I think they were around $60-65. I've always done walk in but appointments can be made too. The manager had to do my feet! The girl who started my feet from the start had attitude. I asked if I could use the bathroom and which door and she ignored my question. I assumed there was a language barrier. Then as I am picking my color she ignored when I pointed it out to her which one. So as she is doing my toes, all she did was lightly file or clean around but she really didn't look like she wanted to be there. At some point, a man came and asked what color and grabbed it for her to use and she was about to paint them? So I asked nicely, oh no scrubbing of the dead skin and all that? Because usually all 100 nail salons I have been to do all that before they even paint the nails. She seemed super mad that I asked and got up and started talking to some man. So the owner saw and came over to me and explained the scrubbing is after the painting?! I was like what? Weird. Anyways never coming back. Prices are whatever. The nail shop does great nails but I would highly not recommend. The prices are different every visit for the same service. They suggest full set every visit and when you say no just a refill they will be upset and not want to do your nails. But even after dealing with the rough treatment they will up charge for refills. Been here twice and I was disappointed both times. Got a new set each time and they began lifting from the side after just a few days. The first time i got a pedicure i selected a nude pink polish but was given hot pink. I noticed too late so i didn't say anything. The second time i went i told him to just match the color of my nails. Which had just been done minutes before but somehow he still got the color wrong. I got a pedicure for $35 and my nails just painted but my tab totaled out to $65 ??? The girl explained the difference between just getting my nails painted vs getting a manicure and I specifically chose paint only. i got my nails done Nov 9th and went back Nov 24th for a fill for my Maternity shoot nails and the Owner was very pushy and kept telling me i need a new set that the nails i had on wasn't good for a fill and i kept telling him that i only need the fill because i will be returning to take the nails off since i will be having a baby in a few weeks. He then took my old nails off and said he's going to do a new set and i said no because i didn't want a NEW FULL SET for the 4th time. I told him to just paint my nails since he took the my two week old nails off that he done! i got my nails painted and i later on paid for my services and he followed me outside speaking very aggressive and loud to me explaining to me on why i needed a new set and not a fill. 1 month ago I decided to get my nails done at this salon. Horrible job within the day of getting my nails done the acrylic started breaking off and things like hair would get caught on it. Today I asked for a fill and new color and some lady said $40, I said okay and I came in hopefully getting better service this time around. Some man who I guess was upset decided to do my nails, he was rough and cut and sanded my SKIN YES MY SKIN. My cuticle area is raw. He yanked my hands and slapped them away the whole session. At the time of check out he hovered over me and pointed to the TIP and said "pay Tip". Not to mention the place is very unsanitary. I'd recommend finding someone else read more

Two days after getting my nails done w the dip powder. two nails broke. I paid 50 dollars before the tip and went back to have the two broken nails fixed. The gentleman who fixed them rudely said "you need to stop opening soda cans." This was very offense because I had my son 8 weeks prior and haven't worked off the baby weight baby yet. I don't need to be reminded of my weight gain- I have the mirror for that. They didn't apologize for the broken nails nor did they offer any type of reassurance that my nails were good to go. I went on their facebook page and saw other customers who wrote negative reviews were contacted the same day or the next day and I have yet to hear anything- since dec 25th. I will not be returning here and I will be taking my soda popping nails and baby weight to another salon deserving of my hard earned money. read more

Had a relaxing 1st visit. However I may not return. The color I picked out was not what was 1st delivered. It was love letter which had 3 glitters, red, gold and silver. At 1st they only painted red glitter.. when I asked about the color there was confusion and then they added the gold. But I was charged additional for it and not informed. Not that I can't afford or that the job was not beautiful but I di not appreciate being treated simple like that. The elderly lady was sweet. I hope they gave her most of the $20 tip I left them. I came here about a week ago just to get some soak offs. I used to come here when it opened and didn't have a bad experience but it seems like a lot has changed. The biggest thing was seeing how dirty it was. I know you can't make everything look perfect over time but I'm talking about just dust everywhere and nail polish paint here and there. It seemed as if 5 people had been seated before me and it was never clean. I also saw the drill bits and you can tell they were never disinfected. The tech tried prying my acrylics with another nail and I know you're not supposed to do that because it damages your nail, but she insisted. She also tried talking trash about the nails I had and saying that they were green because they were infected... she then realized it was the color of my last set. Needless to say I should have ran when I saw how filthy it was in here. I hope they use this review to examine the salon & make some changes. I still gave them 2 stars because I got such a small service, but if I'm going based off what I saw it really deserved no stars. :( read more

Very poor service this morning. I came in to get a fill and pedicure and was immediately sat down with Kevin. He was polite at first and quickly got angry once I noticed my nails were not the shape I asked for. He then began mumbling under his breath at me and refiled my nails 3 times. He filed one nail to to point where it was no longer salvageable to get the shape I asked for. He was on FaceTime for part of the service and took a smoke break while my acrylic nails sat in the UV light--never had this process done before after filing and buffing of nails, ever. A young women who worked there tried to help me explain to him how to file them the way I needed. He then blamed my hands and then the previous nail artist I had for my nail shape. He kept telling me people pay him $300+ and sometimes $1000 for nails by him. Yet he was unable to shape my nails a simple almond after he cut my original nails down a tad. He refused to simply remove my nails and eventually told me to go sit at another table. He said he was done with me and someone else will do them. I was so embarrassed and deeply saddened that he was so hell bent on painting my nails as they were and sending me on my way. After waiting 15mins I stood up and decided to pay for the services he rendered so far and also cried as I left. Mind you the whole time I sat waiting he was going on and on behind me and said things like, "nail shape was fine, it's your problem." Everyone else in the shop tried to remedy what he did but I was done. I can't even believe I paid the $25 that I did. I had one day off from kids and work and spent 2 hours of it arguing with Kevin and ultimately leaving with unsalvageable nails. I'll never go back. I was rescued by Veneto Nails off the 1604 W near the Rim, who gladly removed his work and started fresh. read more

I just left this place! Learn how to care of your customer before opening a business.Too many bad things happening in there. I called at 11am and said I would come back at 4. They didn't attempt to do an appointment. I arrived at the place at 3:40pm and it was full with people waiting. I accepted to wait and in less than 10 min they asked me to wait in the pedicure chair. I was offered to pick the colors (terrible selection) and left it on the side of the chair. After 10 min another staff member came and took it away without asking me if he could. I asked him to come back as I wanted to see the number one more time. He did a bad face and gave it back to me. This morning, I went in waiting for my nail tech and I notice their policy signs for Covid-19 is to have face mask upon entering the store.
