I have been going to Natural Nail and Lashes for well over a year now and let me say they are the best. From the moment I walk in I am greeted by name by the staff working at the front. Ivy normally does my lashes however when she isn't available the other ladies have helped me as well and I always walk out a happy camper. I prefer to have Ivy do my lashes above all others though simply because we have developed a relationship of sorts after a year and I enjoy chatting with her. If your tempted to get your lashes done you won't be disappointed, my lashes make me look like I always have made an extra effort even if I've just rolled out of bed. While they don't do my nails I have used them when my normal nail lady was not taking clients during covid and should I have to make a change to a new nail salon Natural Nails and Lashes will be my only choice. Lastly the pedicures here are fantastic. Everyone is friendly, helpful and really talented and it is pretty clear that they enjoy working in the salon. The owners are always so generous with their time if you need them and this is a group of really hard working people that go above and beyond to make things right for their patrons. The online booking system is easy to use and I love the reminders for my appointments and I appreciate the communication they give if they are running late so I don't have to sit and wait. This is my go to spot when I need to recharge and the entire staff at Natural Nails and Lashes are fantastic. read more

Came here for a pedicure because they had 4.5 stars on Yelp, however I was surprisingly disappointed. Had to ask them to repaint my toes because they looked so bad. Not to mention the girl tried to upsell me repeatedly which was extremely annoying. Giving it two stars because the front desk guy was really nice. read more

The pedicures my friend and I had were good. The water wasn't warm so the lady heated up some water and added it to mine but not my friend? But over all it was a good pedicure. I guess it should be when spending $55.00 plus a $10.00 tip. read more

Scheduled an appointment with any employee since I'm from out of town. Ended up having one of the guys do my dip nail manicure. He seemed like he was in a rush, didn't even give me a chance to have 5 min to scrub my old dip off, not to mention the water he put my nails in was BOILING HOT! I told him it was extremely hot and he just said to keep scrubbing and then would take my hand out every 20 seconds to drill the old dip off. He then proceeded to cut me twice and was getting annoyed that my hand was not relaxed like of course not!! I complained about how he missed dip on the side of my thumb and I asked him to fill it in and he said he would shape it and I wasn't sure what he meant until he literally filed the side of my thumb so far off that I have no nail there and now it'll be super tender until it grows back. I have been here several times and they never disappoint. They have accommodated last minute schedule changes and are very kind about doing so. I I had 2 nails break within 7 days of my appointment and they fixed both free of charge. Lots of colors to choose from and their dip is super strong! I highly recommend "Pikachu" for nail services! Would not recommended. Went in and was greeted by what I'm assuming is the manager or owner who was really nice. She gave me a book of colors to choose from as I wanted a gel pedicure and SNS manicure. I chose my color and then waited for 15-20 minutes. I didn't have an appointment tho so I was not upset about that. I got the basic spa pedicure; it was quick (essentially no exfoliation, just a quick rub with a pumas stone). The shaping is off, my big toe is slanted and not filed straight (I didn't catch this until after I got home). The manicure was horrible. After filing my nails, they we're slanted and not symmetric. I had to file my own nails to fix his mistakes. He then went to dip my nails and I noticed the color was a bright, sparkly red and I had chosen a deep purple color with a hint of maroon. I'm glad I caught this before he got to far. They then said there is not matching color for the color that had already been placed on my toes. If I knew this before hand I would have chosen a different color to begin with. I had to them try and find a color that was comparable but nothing worked. Eventually I gave up and just did gel on my nails which I hate. Gel ruins my nails. In addition, he did not attend to my cuticles at all (push back, cut or apply cuticle oil). read more

I followed my nail technicians, Ivy and Mylan, from their previous nail salon. This is the 3rd time I followed them, so it shows how amazing these two ladies are! It's very difficult to find great nail technicians, and especially a good eyelash tech, in Arizona. I've had many bad experiences before, so I appreciate both of them. Whenever I'm pressed for time, I always have Ivy do my nails, and Mylan for pedicure. These two ladies are perfect combination indeed! Mylan gives a relaxing pedicure (she's amazing) and Ivy delivers a perfect manicure. I also get my lashes from Ivy when she's done with my nails. I am a very picky New Yorker and a perfectionist, so I know only Ivy can do it. Ivy knows how to do expert eyelash extensions- you tell her what you're looking for and she will be able to do it. She is also very honest- if the look isn't good for your eye shape, she'll tell you! Thus, she does her job and you know she loves what she does because it shows! If you're looking to do your nails, and especially your lashes, you have to come to this place and look for IVY and MYLAN!!! You will be very happy! read more

Amazing service and beautiful nails. The staff really went Above and beyond to cater towards my sister and I's nail needs and preferences. We both got full sets with nail art for only $60. This included gel nail polish as well. I had a man named Tom who was amazing and extremely talented. If I could I would get this place a zero star rating it was the worst experience I've ever had at any nail place - mind you I'm 25 years old I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years. One customer walked out after seeing my nails and how bad they were another customer was in tears about her "ombre" gel nails. Booked an appointment for my mom and I at 2:15 for gel manicures and pedicures. Didn't start until 2:45. They cut both of us during our manicures. They took so incredibly long and unsure why it took so long, because my nails look hideous. Each nail is shaped differently And they said that they would fix it. After the lady had cut me during a nail shaping, I said "ow" and she quickly turned my finger towards me and said look no cut, she then said was not an evil lady and then continued to pretend to shape the rest of the nails and then got up and walked away. Turns out she did cut me and I was bleeding. After she walked away she never came back and the owner came and tried to salvage it. I explained to him how frustrated we were and he told me they were in a "struggle" because his employee didn't want to work. I asked why his customers had to suffer instead and he ignored me. I asked him why he scheduled appointments in advance then. He clearly overbooked and then blamed it on his employees. The owner laughed when we told him we were bleeding. He didn't even say sorry, he just kept making excuses. This is THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I am not picky and I usually don't write reviews. This was such a horrible experience, we didn't even get pedicures - despite my mom sitting there asking 3-4 times when it would be her turn. Don't go here, the only reason I went here is because my normal nail salon was closed today for Columbus Day.
