This time I was in here for the shepherd's pie. From being here before, I'd seen someone else order it and noticed it comes in a mini cast iron; he serving option alone is already promising. The shepherd's pie is absolutely delicious, no notes. The mash on top was broiled with just enough crisp, so smooth and creamy underneath. The ground meat below was cooked hot with smoke, and every bite was hearty and rich, with noticeable touches of herb. I don't like peas, so the shepherd's pie here coming with carrots instead makes it even better for me, and the crispy shallots on top give an occasional crunch. So far I've tried three dishes here, and I've been happy with all of them. These dishes are the kind I'd come back for, but this really solidifies the impression that most, if not all, of the menu would be worth trying. Pair that with the friendly, attentive staff and the relaxing atmosphere, and this is for sure a top pick.

Definitely didn't feel welcome. Also didn't help that I am naturally a smart Alec. All I know is we definitely didn't click. I settled in on a Smithwicks Red Ale. Finished my beer and promptly left. The experience was Meh. The beer was good though.

When we finally ordered our drinks, we were initially given water instead of the drinks we requested. Our server, Vicky, seemed a little distracted during her shift. We also noticed another table waiting for their drinks to be taken out after they had finished their meal. Vicky appeared visibly frustrated while carrying the tray, and one of the drinks spilled. We even saw some other guests leave because of the wait. That being said, Vicky was very pleasant when we interacted with her, and we understand that everyone can have an off day. Hopefully, this can be viewed as an opportunity to stay just a little more focused and attentive to the customers at the tables. Then Blake, the manager, completely turned our experience around! Blake was extremely welcoming, friendly, funny, and genuinely concerned about making sure my wife and I were taken care of. He smiled, communicated with us, listened to our concerns, stood there and made sure we were comfortable, and even went to the back himself to help get our order. Blake is definitely an asset to the Bubba's 33 organization. His willingness to personally step in and take care of us made all the difference. He left us with smiles on our faces and feeling extremely satisfied. Blake offered us a discount on our meal, which we did accept, and he also asked if we wanted to take additional food home with us. We initially declined the takeout offer. However, after the great experience we had with Blake and how professionally and genuinely he handled everything, my wife and I decided to order additional food and pay for it ourselves to take home to our two adult children who were at home. What started with some disappointing service issues ended with us feeling valued and appreciated as customers. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds to those mistakes. Blake handled the situation exceptionally well and made a tremendous difference in our overall experience. We left Bubba's 33 with full stomachs, smiles on our faces, and a genuine appreciation for Blake's hospitality and professionalism. We will definitely be coming back to Bubba's 33--not only because of the phenomenal food, but because of Blake. He is truly an asset to the organization! I told the on duty manager it was not worth the drive but I wanted to speak to a manager to have this issue resolved. I was told the following morning I would receive a call from the manager. We are now 4 days later and still I have yet to receive a call. This location is a great hang out spot.....but never again.

Our group of seven office colleagues decided to unwind after work by visiting Glory Days Grill for drinks and some chicken. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by our server, Ashton, and promptly seated with menus in hand. We started with Traditional Chicken Wings and Mac n Cheese Bites for appetizers. For drinks, we ordered Blue Moon Draft, Modelo Draft, and Heineken Bottle. The bar had a laid-back ambiance with people enjoying themselves and watching games on the numerous televisions. Our drinks and food arrived quickly. The chicken wings were a great start to the evening, perfectly complementing our drinks. However, the Mac n Cheese Bites were a bit disappointing as they were overly oily. For our next round, we ordered No-Meat Nachos, a Basket of Fries, and more chicken wings. We also tried the Makers Mark bucket of beer bottles, a Margarita, and a Moscow Mule. Unfortunately, the No-Meat Nachos were a letdown--they seemed underbaked and consisted of plain chips with unevenly spread cheese. The fries, on the other hand, were hot and freshly made, a definite improvement. The drinks were hit or miss; the Moscow Mule was overly sweet, and the Margarita was just okay.
