The most recent visit was for a facial with Emily, who's an absolute expert in her craft. Shoutout Capricorns! During your session they assess your skin and let you know what they are doing and using. It's so calming that I often find myself falling asleep by the end of it. They have private tubs you can reserve for an hour if that's more the vibe you are feeling, but you can also use the hot tub before or after your appointment to soak which is so relaxing. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer. Remedy is such a sweet serene spot right in the university area that you'd kinda forget where you are because it's so peaceful while experiencing it, and that's why I can't recommend Emily and Remedy enough.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt peaceful and relaxing--it instantly put me at ease. What a lovely experience. I was hunting a very specific look of which a few had turned me away. I didn't want the current bushy/full brows, but a leaner/finer look. Not only was she up for the challenge, she made it great. Just got back home, so I'll need to take a new photo in a few days once the tint has washed off my skin. Kristen is a lovely person to be with, very real, honest and high integrity. Not to mention over 20 years of experience. The price was more than fair, and I actually expected more. (Yes I tipped her). Put you trust in her and her salon, walk in and relax knowing what you need she can manage and work with you. Perfect business, lovely woman Kristen is. The two photos are 3 days later, no makeup at all, no brow pencil or color filler, no brow mascara, nothing and they are flawless. I want to get my lashes tinted next time too as the brow color is perfect for my hair is silver being 61 yrs old..

When a treatment doesn't produce the expected results, the least a client should receive is a professional evaluation and a willingness to make things right, not excuses. On top of that, the receptionist consistently had a rude and dismissive attitude. She told me they would not provide any complimentary treatments, even though I never asked for one. All I wanted was to receive the service I had already paid for and have it done correctly. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something doesn't go as planned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Instead, I was met with poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and no accountability. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this place
