Writing this review is a little nerve racking for me because it centers around something I'm very…read moreself-conscious about: moles. I always always part my hair so that the bangs fall on the right and cover the one on my cheek that I've hated since the about fourth grade. I say this to illustrate how thrilled I am that it is finally gone! Today I went in to see Doctor Glass for a full body check, she was kind and professional and put all my worries to bed with expert identification and thorough explanation of each of my concern spots. When I told her about the one I wanted gone, she explained the pros and cons of the two basic removal methods (shaving or excising) and gave her recommendation that it be shaved in order to minimize scarring. From there, the process was quick and relatively painless. They numbed me up and took it off, and I only freaked out a tiny bit! For me, this is a triumph because I am normally a basket case when faced with a syringe, much less a scalpel! What helped was that the nurse was kind and understanding and talked to me about wedding plans the whole time to keep me distracted, which I appreciate to no end. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and the office/waiting rooms were clean and well-decorated. You do have to book pretty far out, I booked this appointment about a month ago. There was a $25 booking fee and quite a bit of paperwork online beforehand. I may update this review with results after I've healed (and after I get the bill) but for now, I'm thrilled!

Do not go here. Go literally anywhere else…read more In my first appointment, the doctor talked to me for no more than 5 minutes and scheduled a biopsy without explaining to me why that was the course of action. She seemed to have exactly zero interest in hearing my experience of the condition I was seeking help with, no qualitative intake or discussion whatsoever. In my follow up appointment, I expected the doctor would see me and explain the results of the biopsy. I never saw the doctor, only a nurse who removed the stitches on my biopsy spots while simultaneously training a new hire : / The bill for the biopsy was close to $400. I feel like I was completely ripped off and received absolutely no help with the condition I originally came in for. In fact, all I got out of the entire experience were two new scars from the biopsy and a medical bill that I can't afford to pay. I was going to just cut my losses and not make a public complaint, but then I received this email from their billing office: "We have contacted you regarding your outstanding balance, but have not heard back. Please call us immediately ... to settle your account, set up a payment plan or account for why you have not paid us. If your account is not settled one way or the other by two weeks from today we may send it to a collection agency. We look forward to working out a solution with you and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter." The "we look forward to working out a solution" is so disingenuous. You could use an AI chat bot to come up with better language for this sort of thing, it would undoubtedly generate something more ... human. Unreal. But also very much on point with the rest of my experience at this place: alienating. profiteering. cold. unhelpful. Again, loud on repeat: DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE NO MATTER THE COST. I PROMISE IT WILL BE A BETTER EXPERIENCE NO MATTER WHAT.

I had this peel before and did not have a comparable experience. When it comes to treatments, I like to feel that I am getting what I paid for and so if it entails a little discomfort in order to get the results, I'm willing to deal. The esthetician was not familiar with some of the techniques and products my CME in San Fran uses on me but she was young. However, she put the peel on very lightly with a brush (instead of gauze) so I didn't get much stinging or peeling following the procedure. This place has the latest equipment and a really nice spa like office but I am most interested in the treatments so I don't think I will be going back since this peel is pretty pricey for not getting what I paid for.

You're seated in a warm little waiting room while you listen to a fountain and you start the relaxation processes. Dori did my facial, and I was really really happy. She walks you back tucks your hair into a hairband and wraps your little legs in a blanket to keep you comfortable during your treatment. You then get to choose from three scents for your facial and she gets to work. As your final mask sits she gives you probably one of the best head massages you will ever have in your life making you feel happy and peaceful. A tip to all those facial peeps: get the extractions. They hurt like nothing I've ever felt before, but it'll help get rid of your blackheads and pimples. Endure the pain for five minutes. It'll help your skin in the long run!

First off just take a look at…read moreMrs. Tuggle's work on her own lips and you can see for yourself that she crams in as much product as she can even when there's no room! I experienced MIGRATION with my lip filler and paid $2,000 to have my face done with Botox as well which was WAY overpriced, I feel she took advantage but anyhow the first appt was actually not bad. My lips looked ok but not as full as I wanted and she told me I could choose to come back and have the rest of the syringe (already paid for mind you) done in my lips in two weeks if I wanted them fuller and I guess if you don't you just waste money and they waste product which I know isn't standard practice. We tried to schedule this second filler injection and I missed two appts admittedly and paid a fee because I knew I was at fault for that, I'm an extremely busy working mother and I just kept getting swamped. So I booked a third follow up having also noticed that one whole section of my forehead looked like it wasn't even injected with Botox at all and there was just this one corner that had not been injected with Botox so now I needed to come in for that too So I go in for my appt and I'm about 10 minutes late but called to let them know I'd just gotten off work and would be a little late but apparently this pissed Mrs.Tuggle off or something because she was not like before, nice and professional. NOPE this time she was rude and rushed me and the worst part she jabbed my lips with the needle that felt dull and shoved filler in my lips sloppily and sit was actually PAINFUL! She bruised me SO BADLY!!! She was forceful and rushed and didn't even hand me the mirror afterwards. I was literally manhandled for my filler it was disturbing. She purposely messed up my lips because I missed appts or was late idk but how crazy is that?! She didn't fix my Botox and since it was closing I thought I'd just be sure to schedule again for that or address it at my follow up. But my healing process for my lips was SO BAD I HAD TO CALL AND COMPLAIN WHEN I NOTICED THE FILLER WAS MIGRATING!! Mrs. Tuggle never called me back after Leaving a message requesting her call back twice. I have since canceled my upkeep Botox treatment appointment in March and don't plan to be back!! How INEXPERIENCED and UNPROFESSIONAL this place is!! As a stylist in the beauty business myself, I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!! Go ELSEWHERE! it will no doubt be cheaper, more professional, less snobby and ABUSIVE!!
