Writing this review is a little nerve racking for me because it centers around something I'm very…read moreself-conscious about: moles. I always always part my hair so that the bangs fall on the right and cover the one on my cheek that I've hated since the about fourth grade. I say this to illustrate how thrilled I am that it is finally gone! Today I went in to see Doctor Glass for a full body check, she was kind and professional and put all my worries to bed with expert identification and thorough explanation of each of my concern spots. When I told her about the one I wanted gone, she explained the pros and cons of the two basic removal methods (shaving or excising) and gave her recommendation that it be shaved in order to minimize scarring. From there, the process was quick and relatively painless. They numbed me up and took it off, and I only freaked out a tiny bit! For me, this is a triumph because I am normally a basket case when faced with a syringe, much less a scalpel! What helped was that the nurse was kind and understanding and talked to me about wedding plans the whole time to keep me distracted, which I appreciate to no end. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and the office/waiting rooms were clean and well-decorated. You do have to book pretty far out, I booked this appointment about a month ago. There was a $25 booking fee and quite a bit of paperwork online beforehand. I may update this review with results after I've healed (and after I get the bill) but for now, I'm thrilled!

Do not go here. Go literally anywhere else…read more In my first appointment, the doctor talked to me for no more than 5 minutes and scheduled a biopsy without explaining to me why that was the course of action. She seemed to have exactly zero interest in hearing my experience of the condition I was seeking help with, no qualitative intake or discussion whatsoever. In my follow up appointment, I expected the doctor would see me and explain the results of the biopsy. I never saw the doctor, only a nurse who removed the stitches on my biopsy spots while simultaneously training a new hire : / The bill for the biopsy was close to $400. I feel like I was completely ripped off and received absolutely no help with the condition I originally came in for. In fact, all I got out of the entire experience were two new scars from the biopsy and a medical bill that I can't afford to pay. I was going to just cut my losses and not make a public complaint, but then I received this email from their billing office: "We have contacted you regarding your outstanding balance, but have not heard back. Please call us immediately ... to settle your account, set up a payment plan or account for why you have not paid us. If your account is not settled one way or the other by two weeks from today we may send it to a collection agency. We look forward to working out a solution with you and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter." The "we look forward to working out a solution" is so disingenuous. You could use an AI chat bot to come up with better language for this sort of thing, it would undoubtedly generate something more ... human. Unreal. But also very much on point with the rest of my experience at this place: alienating. profiteering. cold. unhelpful. Again, loud on repeat: DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE NO MATTER THE COST. I PROMISE IT WILL BE A BETTER EXPERIENCE NO MATTER WHAT.

A good friend of mine experienced severe botulism poisoning after receiving Botox injections at this facility. Within days, she developed rapidly worsening symptoms that ultimately landed her in the ICU. Thankfully, her PCP was able to order emergency botulism antitoxin that was flown in from the CDC. When she began reporting concerning symptoms to her injector, she was reassured that what she was experiencing could not be related to the Botox injections. To my knowledge, her injector texted her to follow up with her, but didn't reach out at all beyond that (such as a phone call) during her hospitalization or recovery. Seven months later, she is still dealing with significant daily health challenges, and has not once heard from the injector. I understand adverse reactions can occur with any medical procedure, even when performed by licensed professionals. But compassionate follow-up, careful listening, and patient support matter just as much as the procedure itself- especially when something goes horribly wrong and ends up changing the course of someone's health and life. If you are considering Botox, I strongly encourage you to research the potential risks thoroughly (drugs .com can be a great resource for this), and ask detailed questions about adverse effects and how your provider would help you if you developed them. Patients deserve informed consent, ongoing care, and support, and should not be left to suffer when something goes wrong.

I brought my adult son because he hasn't been able to keep food down, and I wanted him to get an immunity boost with nutrients. Michael was incredibly thorough and he asked all the right questions, took the time to really understand what was going on, and made thoughtful recommendations for the best IV option. He made us feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for the entire time. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and honestly such a relief. If you're looking for IV fluids for hydration, nutrients, energy, and wellness, this is the place to go. And on top of IV therapy, Michael also specializes in cosmetic services, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend Michael and we'll absolutely be back.
