I can't say enough great things about this place! It's rare to find a business these days with this level of commitment to customer service and customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door, the front desk staff is all smiles and making sure you are comfortable. They even went out of their way to make sure I was signed up for the most lucrative deals and helped me calculate my payments. Had they not mentioned anything, I would have missed out on several free (and incredibly reduced-price) treatments! The facility is spotless and very contemporary, without being cold. The "Beverly Hills vibe" from their origin is still prominent throughout. The nurse who completed my treatment was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first time getting professional laser hair removal and she answered my many, many questions without fatigue. In terms of what the laser feels like, it ranges from nothing to being snapped with a rubber band. Considerably less painful than waxing. For the price and experience, LaserAway can't be beat! I am extremely disappointed with the results of my laser hair removal treatments. Despite following the recommended treatment plan, I have not seen the promised results. What makes this even more frustrating is the company's complete unresponsiveness to my repeated requests for my treatment records. I want to ensure that I am receiving adequate treatments, but their avoidance in providing me with this information raises serious concerns. This lack of transparency and communication makes me feel like I am being scammed. If this company truly values its clients, they should be open and responsive, especially when it comes to treatment progress and records. I cannot recommend this service and would caution others from engaging with a company that seems to be more focused on avoidance than customer care. read more

My experience so far with laserAway Albuquerque has been awesome. On my very first visit I met Bekah and Dominique at the front desk, I knew what I wanted but could not exactly put it in words, these 2 amazing ladies were very patient with me and gave me so many options and walked me through each of them until I finally got what I wanted. Bekah and Dominique game me an excellent customer service. I have also had 2 of the nurses assess my face to make sure I was good to begin my treatment, these nurses were very professional and honest with their assessments and feedback. Went for my Laser hair removal appointment today (Armpits, Brazilian) for the first time ever. It was such a wonderful experience from my consultation to my first session. As soon as you walk in your greeted by the wonderful and polite staff. They honestly make you feel so welcomed and entering to a friendly and professional environment it is truly unbelievable. Once I began my season honestly it is not painful out of 10 being the worst my experience was a 5, mind you I have never done anything like this before. I recommend laser hair removal to everyone specifically from LaserAway! Everyone there is so sweet and comforting. I feel like I am visiting and catching up with friends when I go. They are checking in every step of the way to make sure I still feel great. If I could give 10 Stars I would. I have been coming for about a year now and have added on additional packages. I started with laser hair removal on my legs and Brazilian and am now completely hair free. I now am getting Clear and Brilliant facials and they have made such a difference on evening my skin tone. I called the office and Liz was on the phone with me for over 30 minutes and helped me get all the information I needed. She made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process since this was my first time getting laser treatment. I completed my first laser treatment today and I have to say.... it was such a great experience. The staff was exceptional. Maria was so helpful in calming my nerves with hair lazor. She warned me about sensitive areas but talked me through it. I was so surprised how fast she was. I had done a Brazilian, abdomen and underarms In Less than 45 Minutes! She was so kind. I first started going to LaserAway for hair removal, and received great results! I also get migraines and heard from friends that Botox/Xeomin can help with the side effects. I chose the Xeomin route and my migraines are so minimal and/or diminished, I LOVE IT!! The no forehead wrinkles are a plus too :) The staff and nurses are amazing as well.
