It helps with relieving sore muscles and pain. You'll feel an amazing endorphin boost afterward they call the cryo smile... it's true I feel a great feeling afterward. I use my HSA card to pay for it. There's great specials and memberships available. I've also tried the cryo facial but like the whole body experience best.
