They helped me with a smart doorbell install, bidet plug installation, adding a 20 amp breaker and fixing an ungrounded garage outlet. I liked that he respected my no shoes in the house and always took his shoes off when entering. I called Harout on a Thursday night after business hours because we had a mishap with some door installers drilling into our electrical wiring that caused a direct short. He instantly tried to trouble shoot it over the phone for free without immediately jumping to quoting a price which is a testament to his character in trying to help solve the issue without taking advantage of the customer. He didn't require a down payment of any sort to have him come out and look at it. Due to my schedule, he was flexible and made it work to come out on Saturday morning to fix the issue. After he diagnosed the issue and we cut into the drywall, he found the root of the issue and quoted me an extremely fair price for the not-so-simple job. It took him just under 3 hours to fix the issue, get us power back in the affected rooms and patch up the drywall. It's hard to find a good electrician these days. I highly recommend Harout.
