One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

I went to this place because it was close and had five stars. I needed my AC fixed, and that was my…read moreinitial reason for going. Called and the gentleman was nice and had great customer service. He made jokes on the phone, and I felt comfortable going to this place. I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. That part, I'll take onus for. I should've asked. It's a friendly establishment, but jokes don't fix cars. I do not recommend this location.

Timely and responsive!…read more I reached out to several contractors for my project through Yelp. I received plenty of responses, but Manny's Mobile Auto Repair Services was the only one who actually showed up and followed through. Manny arrived on time, evaluated the scope of work, and completed the job exactly as requested. The convenience of having the service done at my home was a huge plus--it saved me from taking time off work and making a trip to a repair shop. I was able to continue working from home while Manny handled everything efficiently. I was so impressed with his workmanship and professionalism that I've already scheduled him again for another upcoming project on my Jeep Gladiator. I highly recommend his services!

My immediate family has been using Lee and Conyers Imports for over two decades. They are fair,…read morehonest, and reliable. The owners are locals who want their name and reputation to mean something. I have taken 4 different cars to Conyers Imports over the years--they keep them running! I've sold a Camry with over 220k miles on it and they kept my 4Runner with 190k miles running like a well oiled machine. They have so much confidence in their own work that employees at C.I. have purchased our cars when we wanted to sell them--the same cars they had been working on for years, so they know that they did honest quality work on them. I don't think there is much more of a testament to an auto shop's quality when their own employees trust their families in cars they work on. Further, Lee has always been fair. When I wanted to buy a car, I could bring over 2 or 3 for inspections and he would charge me perhaps 1 hour of labor. You can't beat that. And unlike car dealerships or sketchy places, he would tell me what I needed to get done immediately, what I needed with a year, as well as what I could use but did not need to spend money on. I now live 3 states away, but I still call Conyers Imports whenever I have a car question. They are without a doubt the most honest mechanic shop I've ever encountered.

After the work was completed, my partner texted and asked if he could come back and complete the work after he orders the part, this mechanic went completely SILENT. It has been THREE days now and nothing. No call. No text. Nothing. You have to do better with communication if you plan to have a reputable business because it seems negligent and weird to accept a tip and then ghost the client. I will not be recommending this mechanic in the future. Hopefully this won't happen to another person like it did to us.

I drove it off the property and returned home two days later to find it sitting like a low rider. I returned it, and he diagnosed an air suspension leak and charged me $700.00. (In his words, "I'll fix it for $500.00 cash") Needless to say, he claimed responsibility for the problem. I gave him the automobile six times. I took it to a Mercedes dealer, who confirmed that the vehicle was not fixed. He also had the audacity to ask why I needed the old compressor when I requested for it. So he gave me the compressor, which I brought to the dealer only to discover that it was not compatible with my vehicle. Scammer! Frank said he don't have a customer by that name. My Gl550 been to his shop several times last visit was 9/17/2021 for the same problem the suspensions that he claimed he fixed.
