I found out what it was when I ended up here to buy souvenirs when flying home to visit family. They have TONS of stuff, lots of t-shirts and sweatshirts, but also hats, glasses, mugs... even pacifiers with the Chicago flag on them (you know I bought one for the toddler). They have some standard Chicago flag stuff but they also put their spin on it with some flags made with animal paws, or maybe my favorite was the one with apples on it. I think that's what lured me in, actually; my best friend is a teacher and I wanted to get one to take to her. The guy that works there told me the story, that the teacher's union was going to strike and this was a design they had come up with and Rep CHI started printing them. I looooooove the way the Chicago flag is used as the basis of so many designs and this is one of my favorites. Prices are super reasonable and you'll find lots of great stuff here. If you have visitors, I'd definitely bring them here first to look for souvenirs. The parking is fairly easy, all street in this area of Jeff/Portage Park. And grab a few of their little buttons on the way out!

My customer received the shirts and they weren't printed properly as they had the under base and were too stiff. I ordered shirts for another customer w/discharge water based printing and they weren't printed as requested. In addition, the wrong logo was used even after a proof was approved with the correct logo. I visited the location in the middle of the 2nd order and am surprised they can keep anything in order. The production area is a mess(IMO).

Turnaround time and customer service is horrible…read more Weeks ago, I gave Antonio two jerseys to screen print a number and "Goalie" on the back for a high school team. After about 3 weeks, I just have one jersey. He provided a completion deadline for the second jersey, but did not meet it. If he communicated properly, it would go a long way, but he doesn't and you have to keep hounding or going to the store to hope he is there. Also doesn't keep regular hours, so good luck getting in contact with him. We even agreed on pick up today at 2:30pm and, through 2:40pm, store is locked and he didn't answer the phone. It's 2:55pm now and still no response or call back. Overall quality is "ok", not high-end. Still, if you're looking for a professional service that cares about turnaround and your time, go elsewhere.

He worked closely with our STEAM coordinator to ensure that we had the materials to screen print almost 400 t-shirts.
