I found Bridget and her team to be phenomenal! They worked a miracle for me and my family (2 adult expired passports & 2 kids under age 18). We booked a last minute trip to Seattle and had the opportunity to go to Victoria, for which we'd need passports. I'd seen Global Passport Express in our building and decided to use them. Bridget understood my dilemma (and saw my stress!) and immediately went to work with me. She walked me through the process, clearly explained what needed to be done and then made herself available to me. She even met with me for "checkpoints" on the data I was gathering. Everything happened exactly as she explained. My family and I went to the passport office at 8:00 a.m. and walked out with the proper paperwork. Bridget took it from there and showed up with ALL my passports in just days. I honestly did not think we'd have all 4 passports and be able to go to Victoria. But she did everything by the book and properly and it paid off. I highly recommend Bridget and her team. I will definitely use them again and, now that I have passports, I'll get their help with travel plans! read more

In today's high pace up-tempo world we don't have a lot of free time to get some of the simple things done. I needed to renew my passport for an upcoming trip and had no clue how to do it nor did I have the time. I contacted Bridget at Global Passport Services and they made me an appointment for the next morning. When I got there I expected to be given a number shuffled around and wait in long lines but to my amazement I was absolutely wrong. I was welcomed with a smile and even offered a cup of coffee and/or a bottle of water. We sat in a beautiful office with a great view of San Antonio, TX by the time I was done admiring the view Ms. Loreena had completed my paperwork I simply just had to review it. It took a total of 13 minutes. I was truly blown away and amazed. Everyone there was so polite and so professional and the small talk was very warming. I would recommend my friends, family and colleagues to go to global passport services for there travel needs. Miss Bridget you and your team rock thanks so much for the help and assistance. read more

My family and I are beyond thankful to Ms. Bridget and her wonderful team. We have a family emergency arising in Panama, Panama which requires IMMEDIATE! travel. My wife's passport was expired so I went to Global Passport Services; what I should say is I ran to Bridget's office... ;-) Many customers have stated to me over the months that her passport agency works professional wonders in a short time. I am now a true believer after receiving my wife's passport after 9 days. The price we paid for this service was more than reasonable and the support given to us in a time of crisis will always be remembered. My family and I sends a salute to you ma'am for your professionalism. Good day and God bless. V/r W. Haley read more

Wow! What a wonderful experience with Bridgette and GPS. She did everything she said she would do and delivered on it. I picked up my renewed passport today and a Cabo trip has been saved. Don't pay attention to less than stellar reviews - people who haven't dealt with the expense and stress of the need for a passport or visa in such a short time haven't spent a day in Houston (and expenses associated with that trip) and only to "maybe" get it that day. That's STRESS. Of course I was cautious about handing over my passport to a service like this, but paying attention to the vast majority of reviews here put my mind at ease. So glad!! Wonderful experience - wonderful results! read more

Holy moly did Bridget help me out of a jam! Needed a passport for a last minute trip, and she took on my case without fear. She makes the process super easy by providing all of the information you will possibly need. She was incredibly accommodating, and worked with my schedule. She is upfront and honest about deadlines, and any issues that could possibly arise. I have been so impressed with the level of courtesy and kindness that she displayed. Hopefully I won't need another rush on a passport again, but I will most definitely use her travel agency to book future trips for me and my family. Five stars are not enough stars! read more

Nothing says expedited service better than Global Passport Express. Needed to leave within a week and I got everything I needed in far less time than I imagined. Just bring everything the video says you need, ensure your paperwork is correct (i.e: your birth certificate MUST be correct with the state seal on it), Bridget expedites everything depending on your circumstance, and you get your passport! Easy as 123 if you have everything prepared prior to your appointment. I had my appointment on a Wednesday and got my passport as soon as Friday morning. read more

For anyone wanting to go to China, my wife and I would definitely recommend this company. The example on the website for our visa application helped tremendously when filling out our own. The list of items needed to get a visa were easy to get. We didn't even schedule an appointment and we were helped anyways. And although we paid a pretty penny for our visas, we were notified about 8 days later that our visas were ready and waiting for us. This was a huge relief considering we applied with our trip being about a month out. Thanks again GPS! read more

I travel for work a lot and also for pleasure, some places I travel for work require a visa, so I needed a second limited passport to travel while on vacation when my main passport was being submitted for a visa. Had a great experience with Bridget, I wanted a second passport within a few days, she got it done on time as promised, highly recommend, just remember, it's not cheap to get a passport overnight, so plan ahead as much as possible, I can afford it but I know not everyone can. read more

Wow! Great service and professionalism. My wife and I travel around the world frequently. We were in need of a Visa to China which came up on a fairly short notice. Without her help we would not have received our Visas on time for our trip. Bridget was very helpful on how the application needed to be filled out and what our time schedule would be for receiving our Visa. We will be traveling to Brazil soon and will definitely use her service again. Great job! read more

When I had a family emergency, Ms. Harris was the only person in San Antonio that was able to help me. This place is very professional and always takes care of you. Mrs. Harris looks like she has been doing this for a long time and is always straight up with you. There's no one better for the job than Mrs. Harris. Follow her instructions exactly as she states, and you will get whatever you need as soon as possible. There's honestly no point going to anywhere else. read more

Where to start? If there's a better company out there it hasn't been created yet! Bridgette is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to the in and outs of the passport business! Mine was a lost passport situation, paperwork in on Monday Bridgette called Thursday morning "we have your passport!" I used this company two years ago for my daughter's move overseas and the level of service is best in class! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Needed a passport expedited for work. Bridget made the process easy and worry-free. She even directed me to a better place to get passport photos (FedEx office in same bldg) vice going to get drugstore [dark] ones. I printed the wrong forms and she made it easy for me by letting me do all from her computer. And, the pleasant conversation (travel, family, volleyball) made it a very personable experience. Thanks Bridget !!! read more

Bridget at Global Passport Services was wonderful! She stayed two hours late at work to help me renew my expired passport before an unexpected trip to Canada. She was patient and efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I give her 5 stars and a big thank you. IT was also cheaper than some of the on line services and well worth the money. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable, just follow the instructions online and bring your paperwork to Bridget and you're done. I hit a snag with my paperwork unrelated to their services and they worked quickly (like within minutes) to get answers from the State Dept and revise my documents on-site. I got my renewed passport 4 days later (over a weekend). read more
