We didn't know exactly when except September or October. Mike's response was, "THIS year?" He walked us through deciding on a date, and started work. I know this is a busy time for him; but within a few days, he had gotten us hotel reservations and air fare from both San Antonio and Sacramento. We requested either private or very small tours, although I wasn't sure such options exited. As with everything else, within a couple of days, he had a variety of tours that fit our criteria. He was wonderful about trying to divide the prices of the tours so that each couple paid about half. So... it's now early July and we are set for the end of September! THANK YOU, Mike. She called BD over to help with the push. I explained that due to a TBI, I had agreed to involve my son in all larger financial commitments and could not go ahead without first discussing this with him. BD disregarded this position and continued with the hard sell. I stayed firm, at which point, with a look of disgust on her face, BD stormed off. This was 2 days ago, and I've not heard a single word from anyone. No follow up, asking if I had spoken with my son, NOTHING! All of the discounts, specials and wheeling and dealing, had to be done that day - in person, or NOT AT ALL! I asked for literature to take home but was told that they had absolutely nothing that they could give me. This was probably the 14th RED FLAG! Live and learn.
