It has taken me 3 weeks to write this review, as I am overwhelmed by how much Mickie Kloskowski from Glass Slipper Concierge effected not only my trip, but my entire year. I am not much of a planner. In fact, the thought of planning a Disney vacation gave me a lot of anxiety. I am beyond thankful that a friend told me about Mickie! We began planning our trip in January 2017 with the expectation of traveling in September 2017 with another family (8 people total). Mickie was flexible, and worked around our schedules to ensure that we could all be there to begin to plan our trip. Obviously, Disney is not a cheap vacation, but Mickie listened to what we wanted out of our trip and offered viable and affordable suggestions for places to stay and things to do while we were in Orlando. When it came to making the reservations, Mickie took care of EVERYTHING! From the hotel, character dining, and fastpasses, she made our trip seamless. There is a science to planning these trips, and Mickie has it down!!! She even offered what I called "insider tips" on the best places to watch the parades and fireworks. After this experience, I was already impressed. But then, less than a week before our scheduled departure, Hurricane Irma wrecked through Orlando and we had to cancel our long anticipated family vacation. Already very disappointed, I wondered how I was ever going to reschedule everything. MICKIE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! She spent hours on the phone to reschedule and rebook everything so that we could have the same experience that we originally planned for. And to top it off, we received extra fast passes for our troubles--which were in no way, shape or form Mickie's (or Disney's) fault. To summarize, I would recommend Mickie from Glass Slipper Concierge to ANYONE who is planning to take a vacation. Our experience with her was life changing, and I don't think my vacation would have been half as good had she not helped. read more

Mickie was awesome and so helpful with planning our honeymoon. We decided less six months before our trip to do Disneyworld and she made everything so easy. My husband hadn't been to Disneyworld since he was a kid and was very hesitant, but after having Mickie plan everything we had an absolute blast. Neither of us has stayed on a resort or used the dining plan before, so we didn't know what to expect, but she answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and had us worry free. She helped with making dinner reservations for three of our four nights and picked the best restaurants. She also booked our room at Kidani Village at my husbands request for a nice resort. Her choice did not disappoint! Mickie gave us suggestions on where to stay, what fast passes were the most picked, and suggestions on things to do which was extremely helpful. I loved how we were sent reminders and a timeline as to when certain things had to be done before our trip. With Mickie's detailed itinerary our trip was completely carefree and relaxing. We will definitely be using Mickie for our future Disney trips and highly recommend her to anyone planning to go to Disney! read more

My husband and I decided to take our entire family (2daughters and 4 grandsons) on a once in a lifetime 7 night Disney cruise. A friend of a friend recommended Mickie from Glass Slipper Concierge and I was so glad she did! What a life saver! She handled every detail you could think of and when it was to our advantage to do something ourselves she let us know (and saved us money in the process). She booked our one night hotel at Disney World and then our town car to the ship the next day (which got us to the ship before the Disney buses so we could spend extra time at the buffet). She stayed up until midnight the night the excursions went on sale so she could be sure we all got to do the things we wanted. That was way above and beyond in my book! She gave us so many tips that the average traveler would not know. Loved the free Mickey bars! Yum! And she put up with my millions of questions and always had a smile in her voice. She was a real pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone planning any kind of Disney vacation. Thanks again Mickie! It was wonderful!! read more

Our trip to first trip to Walt Disney World is coming up in December. We couldn't have planned it without Glass Slipper Concierge. Shannon has been wonderful every step of the way. She started by helping us find a hotel that was within our budget. Shortly after we booked our trip, she found a promotion for a Dining Plan that Disney was running, and added it to our trip. We can only imagine what that is going to save us. She made several recommendations for dining out, and helped with making reservations at different restaurants. She has kept us up to date on events that will be happening during our visit, and has offered to help get us into those events that we want to attend. She has made planning this trip so easy. We really appreciate all of her help, and would not plan a trip like this again any other way. Thank you Glass Slipper Concierge and Shannon for making this anniversary trip so easy to plan. read more

I had not used this kind of service before and was overwhelmed at first but Mickie was always available to answer my many questions. A friend of mine had referred her to me as they had booked her services in the past and were using her again for their most recent trip. I think what I appreciated most was the daily breakdown of our family vacation which listed where we needed to be, what time we should get there, what type of transportation to use to get there, and what we should bring. The itinerary Mickie put together for us was invaluable. We used it everyday! I am so glad we decided to use her services as I really don't think we would have done or seen as much as we did had we not booked our vacation in this manner. Thank you so much Mickie for making our long overdue family vacation a stress free one! Sincerely, The Maxsons read more

Working with a Glass Slipper Concierge advisor was one of the best decisions our family made. Even with how complicated Disney planning has become, I was able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation together. Our VIP Tour was so thoughtfully planned, from starting with Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway to ending the night watching the Happily Ever After fireworks from our VIP viewing area. Every part of the trip felt carefully curated for our family, and it made the entire experience feel so special. She even scheduled a resort day in the middle of the week so we could slow down and enjoy all the wonderful amenities at our Deluxe Resort. We will absolutely be back, and when we do, Glass Slipper Concierge will be our very first call. read more

We spent two years planning a family Christmas trip to Disney World. Brittany guided us through the entire process from start to finish. The whole group of us (10 in all) had a successful trip starting with our fantastic Disney cruise to the Bahamas and ending with a stay in Disney World. Brittany was available every step of the way: from guiding us through booking our rooms, setting up dining reservations, getting us fantastic rooms with perfect views, and when one set of family members had a flight delay she assisted us with getting our transportation changed. At the end of the trip we all agreed the trip would not have been possible without Brittany guiding us through the entire process. We would have been lost without her! read more

We booked our trip At Disney World and a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas With Mickie Kloskowski and Glass Slipper Concierge. I couldn't say enough on the effort that was done to make this Vacation a true worry free trip. all details were covered, and could not have been happier. we took her advice on the Disney resort and it was perfect, she set up the dinner plan, fas pas , and even the transportation to the cruise line and back to the airport after the cruise. Well I wish I saw these below reviews about Nicole Spero before accepting a call with her. I found her to be cold and unwelcoming and I just couldn't believe it. Yes, we know very little about Disney. That's why I am hiring someone! She was very rude about the process as another review stated. I gave her 2 pre-booking phone calls and just couldn't feel right moving ahead with her as I book our family vacation to Disney. Seeing these reviews now I am very thankful I found another company. She seems to be in this business for the perks I'm sure it comes with, but she needs to find a new line of work read more

The service is phenomenal! I have used other so-called Disney travel planning services out there, and this service is head and shoulders above the rest. My advisor was extremely knowledgeable and handled my unique requests for my family's special vacation with professionalism and expertise. We were provided insider tips that we never would have known about on our own. Her personal experience was highly evident through the recommendations she made. We felt like real VIPs even though we had a budget to keep within. I'm a client for life! read more
