    The team at Global Laser is the best in Houston for printer and copier support and service. This is the best company to use, hands down.

    So it's not quick or efficient service by any means, also no respect for people's time. If you…read morewanna have laminating done, you will wait 15-20 minutes for it to heat up. Cool I said I'll go next-door and get some Pet supplies that I need for my class. 30 minutes later I return, nothing is laminated. Turns out someone did not load the laminator or whatever that means. So you have to wait for that. Another 15 minutes, nobody shows up. I had a limited amount of time to get this task done for my students: my conference period. So now 45 minutes and can't get the task done because I'm out of time. This is not the first time this has happened. Both times AFTER the fact, the employee literally said I suggest you go to FedEx for this. Really? You're turning customers away? To top it off there's two employees working in the office section where you get copies and laminating and other stuff done. Well, I wish you had suggested that to me when I arrived, that would've solved everything. I definitely don't recommend coming to this location and I definitely won't be returning.

With such a large store you'd expect to see more than one employee working. I went down all the aisles looking for someone. Nothing in sight. I saw that the person at the printing area was already helping a customer and had a line so figured someone else had to be in store for the floor, cashier something. After some time I finally saw another employee however after making eye contact with me she chose to stand near what appeared to be a break room ( she was not on break) instead of actually help. This happened 3 times before someone else came in to work behind the printer counter. After I finally finished she finally went behind the check out area. Clearly whatever convo she was having was more important than communicating or offering assistance. Side note they charged me double the price of my items as a service fee ; what a joke Stick to the other locations !!

    Why 5 stars? Because I got a great desk chair at a fraction of the price…read more --- --- --- I was in desperate need of a new chair as mine was rapidly deteriorating. I read reviews about top chairs and the Steelcase Leap was one of them. Unfortunately, it cost more than $1,000, and sometimes over $2,000 with certain upgrades, so it wasn't really realistic for me. So I made it my mission to visit every place in the Greater Houston area that sold desk chairs. Signature was the furthest away from my house, and I was tempted to forego the drive. But I found a couple of other things to do in the area and just made a day of it. I actually first visited Signature at their old location, on the day that they were moving to their new location. There weren't many chairs available because things were in transit, but one of the employees showed me the most popular option, and I couldn't have loved it anymore. It was the Steelcase Leap v2, which retails in the price range that I mentioned above. However, at Signature, these gently used chairs are $350. As it turns out, my new employer provided me with a stipend for office furniture of..... $350. A match made in heaven. So I went back a couple of weeks later, this time in their new location. And this time, there was a gigantic room with approximately 10 million different office chairs inside. I was told that this was not even half of their inventory, which is crazy. But I was so happy with the Steelcase Leap and its price that I didn't even bother trying the other 9.9 million options. I can't recommend Signature highly enough. Get a great chair (or any office furniture) that's like 97% new for a fraction of the price.

They close at 2 pm in Saturdays. I was greeted by a friendly employee who then introduced me to the sales guru, Kalani. I told him my budget on an office chair because the one I'm sitting on is no longer functional. It wobbles like riding a horse. He showed me 2 types of chairs made by Herman Miller. One has great back support and many adjusting features. One cheaper and without a couple of features. I'll take the higher one because that adjustable back support. I also toured showroom while I'm looking for an L-shaped table. All they got is sit stand desks, even L-shaped. It was pricier than I could afford but they look and feel nice. I told him I need to check with my employer if I could get subsidized for a replacement chair. As I was thinking, it's time to replace my El Cheapo L-shaped desk from Amazon. I had it for a year and my whole-body aches because I sit all day. I'm forever grateful to see they got what I needed. It's not far away from Chinatown. I will be back to pick up few furniture to resettle my working from home office with comfort and style.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We ordered cubicles and office tables and a conference table for our office and we asked for brand new. They told us 4 weeks for cubes and 8 weeks for desks and conference table. We paid the deposit so we could get the ball rolling and they told us it would be completed on a Thursday. When they finally showed up to install the cubicles, we looked and found out that they sent us refurbished instead. On top of that when they came to install they didn't even have everything prepared. They installed a portion of it one day and then over the period of a couple weeks now, we are still waiting for them to install some pieces. Every time we try to call or email or text, they just completely ignore us.(except when we call the main # because a receptionist has to answer that call) We have been asking for the past couple of weeks what the status is for our order and it seems like John(CEO) is too busy to handle our calls. I understand he is busy since he is the CEO, but if he is busy, he should not have sold us the furniture himself. He should have passed the sale to one of his sales people instead, because at least maybe they would respond to our calls/emails. We placed our order sometime in the beginning of July, and now here it is almost September and they still have not finished our order yet. . I know that according to their timeline it still has not been completely 8 weeks for the tables, but the fact that cubes are still not completed give me very little hope that our office tables and conference table will be even come within the next week. I have tried to email them about the status of this, and of course no response. Will never do business with this company again.
