    STOP!!!!!!!! 1 phone call with the service department was all I needed to realize I shouldn't expect much in terms of transparency. I wanted to know why they charged $752 for an oil filter and gave descriptions like "critical, severe, and heavy oil leak," yet they neither checked, topped off, nor changed the oil after installation. The car was 1 full quart low just a few days later. They said oil had leaked onto the lower motor, causing the mount to weaken--but no photos or videos were provided to support this claim or to show that the severe leak had damaged anything or splashed onto the lower motor. They changed the filter housing, alternator bracket and motor mount with no clear explanation or attempt to show proof of any damage to the vehicles parts as a result. SEE DOCUMENTS BELOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In my experience, a car with a severe oil leak typically leaves visible oil on the lower engine, not just residue, as stated by their certified MFS. The lack of evidence makes it hard to trust the diagnosis or what seems like exceedingly HIGH labor and parts charges. As an authorized dealer for Mini and BMW, I expected a higher standard of service and transparency. Save yourself some money and time, and view the documentation they forwarded to me, especially the total cost on page 2. I've highlighted some areas for your reading pleasure.

    I hate that I even have to do this but at the end of the day, I have to be honest. My initial experience purchasing my car was so amazing! Then after that, it went downhill. I had the car for three weeks when I got the call saying I needed to come back in and re-sign my paperwork I thought that was odd but I said okay the iPad was acting up while we were going through the process. After that was done I was called again two weeks later and asked to bring the card back because no emission test was ever done on the car. Now that scared me but again I went along with it and brought it back up there. Then I realized my tag never came in the mail, so I went up to the tag office and was told my tag was never filed for which was 2 1/2 months after having that car. Thank god they gave me another temporary tag. Now after only 4 months of having the car my brakes are squeaking, and my air is running funny. I don't recommend this place. I have purchased cars from some sketchy places before and never had any issues within the first year.

    disclaimer: I the purchaser made such decision at my own risk and am aware of the need to complete research prior to purchase. I own my mistake, but feel I should share theirs. They are unorganize. Lack of knowledge for out of state customers and dmv requirements. Sold a vehicle that had an issue with a turbo and the response was they are unfamiliar with Mercedes. Don't take on trade and sell cars you don't have knowledge of. Flew to Georgia from Kansas to purchase. Dealership lacks general knowledge.

    Do not buy a Mini Cooper. My clutch has gone out for the second time and my car has less than 13k miles on it. Google mini smelly clutch!

After signing, I was informed I had approved a bundled package that included multiple unnecessary additive services that are not part of Honda's required maintenance, described as "recommended for the Atlanta area." When I declined them, I was told they could not be removed and that I would still have to pay in order to retrieve my vehicle. I also felt pressured and spoken to as if I should have known better for questioning the cost. This process involved presenting a total without clear itemization, verbally framing optional services as necessary, and then holding the customer to the full bundled price after the fact. It is not transparent and does not reflect proper informed consent. I will not be returning.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 335i from them about a week ago. I knew that the car needed a little work, so I purchased an extended warranty through my bank. Thankfully I had the warranty, because three days after purchasing the car the serpentine belt broke, I needed pulleys, a low pressure fuel sensor, and oil filter housing seals. As a buyer, I know that it is my responsibility to have a car checked before purchasing. However, items that should have been taken care of by the dealership were obviously over looked. The tires were worn beyond bald, the car had not passed emissions, and maintenance had not been done. Also, I just had to make a loan payment on the car I traded in because they have yet to send in the check to the bank.... Yea, I am paying on a car that they now own because they haven't paid off the original loan for the trade... All in all, very in happy. *update* After calling the dealership, I will say that they have been willing to help. John, the sales Representative said he would call me back after speaking to the sales manager. Hopefully they can right this situation.

The people there were nice, but…read morewhen we took the car we were interested in for a pre-purchase inspection there were a number of expensive basic maintenance problems wrong with it. If you find something you like from here be sure to get it checked out by a third party because they are either deliberately unethical about intake or just don't look too closely.
